 Հայաստանի դպրոցներում վերջին զանգի հետ կապված իրարանցումն արդեն սկսվել է։ 

 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում խոսեց վերջին զանգի արարողության մասին և թե ի՞նչ ահազանգեր կան։ 

«Վերջին զանգի վերաբերյալ հարցերը, երևի, ամենաբարդ հարցերն են, որ տրվում են ինձ։ Թեժ գծի ահազանգերը անցյալ տարիների համեմատ բավականին նվազել են։ Այդուհանդերձ, Հայաստանի տարբեր քաղաքներից դրամահավաքի բողոքներ կան։ Երբ մեր կրթության տեսչությունը գնում է տվյալ դպրոցներ, իբրև կանոն, որևէ բան ապացուցել չի լինում։ Մենք հետաքրքիր մի միտում ունենք. ծնողները գալիս և մեզ ասում են, թե ցանկանում են, որպեսզի իրենց երեխաները նշեն վերջին զանգը»,- նշեց նախարարը և ասաց, որ պետք է կարողանան հասարակությանը ուղղորդել, որ թանկ ռեստորանում այդ իրադարձությունը նշելը այնքան էլ չի նպաստում իրենց երեխաների կայացմանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ հիմնական խնդիրը դրամի չափը չէ, այլ այն, որ նույն դասարանում սովորում են և՛ սոցիալապես ապահով և անապահով ընտանիքների երեխաներ։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ դրամահավաքով ընդգծվում է դասարաններում խավերի տարբերությունը։ 

«Դասարաններում խավերի տարբերակումը, իմ կարծիքով, կրթության համար ուղղակի վտանգ է։ Հանրակրթության և դեմոկրատական հասարակության սկզբունքն այն է, որ դասարանները ներկայացված են հասարակության բոլոր շերտերով։ Երեխան չպետք է վատ զգա իր սոցիալապես անապահով վատ վիճակի պատճառով, ամբողջ խնդիրը հենց այդ է։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում ոչ թե խուսափել վերջին զանգի միջոցառումը նշելուց, այլ այնպես անել, որպեսզի այդ նշելը իր երեխայի մոտ ծնողի անհարմար իրավիճակում հայտնվելու պատճառ չդառնա»,- ասաց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով՝ դեպքեր են լինում, որ վերջին զանգն առիթ են դարձնում, որպեսզի շորթումներ կատարեն։ Մկրտչյանի պնդմամբ, մի բան է, երբ դրամ է հավաքվում միջոցառման համար կամ նկարների, բոլորովին այլ է, երբ նվերների համար է։
Հայաստանում շրջանավարտների համար վերջին զանգն այս տարի կհնչի մայիսի 26-ին։ Վերջին դասի առթիվ հանրակրթական դպրոցներում միջոցառումներ են անցկացվելու։ Դրանից հետո շրջանավարտները կմասնակցեն միասնական քննությունների։
