Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը պարզաբանել է Էլինար Վարդանյանին ԲՀԿ-ից հեռացնելու որոշումը

Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Էլինար Վարդանյանին ԲՀԿ-ից հեռացնելու մասին որոշումը որևէ կապ չունի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հարցում նրա դիրքորոշման և քվեարկությանը չմասնակցելու հետ:

ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը հերքում է նաև խոսակցություններն այն մասին, թե նման որոշումը կապված է «քոչարյանական» թևի պատգամավորներին կուսակցությունից հեռացնելու հետ: «Տիկին Վարդանյանը ամիսներ շարունակ խորհրդարանում բավականին պասիվ գործունեություն է ծավալել: Քննարկումների ընթացքում հաշվի են առնվել այն փաստերը, որ տիկին Վարդանյանը կուսակցական աշխատանքներին պասիվ մոտեցում է ցուցաբերում: Դա է եղել նման որոշման պատճառը կուսակցության «Կենտրոն» տարածքային կառույցում»,- Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ում գերակա է ներքին կազմակերպվածության հարցը, և յուրաքանչյուր կուսակցական գործիչ պետք է առաջնորդվի ներքին կանոնադրությամբ, կուսակցության ծրագրային դրույթներով, պահպանի աշխատանքային կուլտուրան: Նա ընդգծեց, որ կուսակցության որոշ անդամների կողմից եղել են տարաբնույթ և ոչ տեղին հայտարարություններ, եղել են գործողություններ, որոն կուսակցության ղեկավար կազմը տեղյակ չի եղել: «Մասնավորապես, եթե քաղաքական գործիչը գնում է գործուղում և այդ մասին չի տեղեկացնում կուսակցության ղեկավարությանը, խմբակցության քարտուղարին, չեÕ �ք համարում, որ այս դեպքում խախտվում է աշխատանքային կուլտուրան: Սրանք ներքին խոհանոցային հարցեր են, և ես չեմ ցանկանում մանրամասների մեջ խորանալ»,- ասաց Էնֆիաջյանը:

Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Էլինար Վարդանյանին և Ստեփան Մարգարյանին հանձնաժողովի նախագահների պաշտոններից հեռացնելու մասին խոսակցություններին: Նա ընդգծեց, որ խմբակցության մեծ թվով պատգամավորներ քննարկել և առաջարկել են նրանց հետ կանչել հանձնաժողովների նախագահների պաշտոններից: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս հարցում մեր գործընկերները ևս պետք է կողմնորոշվեն: Նրանք պետք է քայլ անեն: Եթե նրանք այլ ծրագրեր ունեն, ինչը երևում է նրանց պասիվությունից, շատ ավելի ազնիվ կլինի, եթե նրանք քայլ անեն և հրաժարվեն: Եթե նրան ք չհրաժարվեն, մենք շատ լավ գիտենք, թե ինչ ընթացակարգ պետք է անցնենք և, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, մենք կանցնենք այդ ընթացակարգը»,- եզրափակեց Էնֆիաջյանը:

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության «Կենտրոն» տարածքային կառույցը ԱԺ պատգամավոր  Էլինար Վարդանյանին կուսակցությունից հեռացնելու որոշում է կայացրել: Խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվում, որ կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է  Էլինար Վարդանյանին և Ստեփան Մարգարյանին հեռացնել համապատասխանաբար ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի ու տարածքային կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահների պաշտոններից: Եթե պատգամավորները հանձնաժողովների նախագահների պաշտոնից ինքնակÕ �մ չհրաժարվեն, ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը կարող է նրանց հեռացնելու հարցը  մտցնել ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերի օրակարգ:
