Նորընծա խորհրդարանը սկսեց իր աշխատանքները։ Բոլորը, բացի ԱԺ-ից դուրս մնացած ուժերի, ընդունեցին Սարգսյանի սահմանած խաղի կանոնները։ Ոմանք հաճախորդ են, թե ոչ, մեր քննարկելու թեման չէ։ Մենք միայն կարող ենք փաստել, եր բարձրագոչ պոպուլիզմը բավարարեց միայն խորհրդարան անցնելու։ Այսպես ասած ընդդիմադիր սեգմենտը, իրական քաղաքական գործընթացների վրա ազդեցություն չունի և չի էլ կարող ունենալ։ Իհարկե, որոշ հարցերում, դեմ լինողի իմիտացիան ստեղծելով, նրանք կարող են աջակցել հենց Սարգսյանին։ Սուր ելույթներ կլսենք, ինչպես ժամանակին լսում էինք Սադոյանից ու Գեղամյանից։ Իսկ թե ինչ եղավ հետո նրանց հետ, ընթերցողը շատ լավ հիշում է։

Հասարակական պրոցեսներում հույս չկա, քանի որ Հայաստանում երիտասարդություն չկա։ Հայաստանն այլևս ծերացող երկիր է։ Սովորաբար փոփոխությունները և հեղափոխությունները կատարում են երիտասարդները։ Իսկ նրանք, եթե անգամ մնացել են Հայաստանում, բաժանվում են մի քանի խմբի։ Օրվա հացի խնդիր լուծող, հիմնականում քաղաքական պրոցեսներին չմասնակցող, ընտրությունից ընտրություն գործատուի պահանջով մի քանի ձայն բերողներ, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի փոքր խումբ ակտիվիստներ, Հանրապետական կուսակցության կարիերիստներ, որոնք հիմնականում խրված են կրթության ոլորտի մեջ և Հայաստանն օր առաջ լքել ցանկացող կամ արդեն լքած երիտասարդներ։ Սրանք են այն հիմնական խմբերը, որոնք մենք ունենք այսօր։ Չհարմարվողների մեծ մասն արդեն գնացել է։ Ներքևից եկող խմբերից ևս հույս չկա։ Ինչու՞, նրանք զոմբիացված են քաղաքականապես, մշակութապես և կրթության ասպեկտում։ Ուստի հույս կապել եկող սերնդի հետ, առնվազն քաղաքական անհեռատեսություն է։ Նման համակարգերում, հեղափոխությունները սովորաբար լինում են վերևից։ Կամ ՝ պայթյունի հետևանքով, որին չէինք սպասում։ Հուսանք այդ փոփոխությունների կորուստներն անդառնալի չեն լինի։
