ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը պետք է ամրագրվի գործնական քայլերով. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրները, կարծես թե, գիտակցում են պահի լրջությունը և հասցեական հայտարարությունն այն նվազագույն է, ինչը կարող էին անել համանախագահները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը` անդրադառնալով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ մայիսի 18-ի հայտարարությանը:

«Այս հայտարարությամբ միջնորդ երկրները փորձում են կանխել էսկալացիոն պրոցեսները, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն սրություն է հաղորդում առաջնագծում ծավալվող գործընթացներին: Ադրբեջանում դեռ չեն փակել հիմնախնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու էջը. ակտիվ գործողությունների պատրաստվելու Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունն ուղղակի ակնհայտ է»,- ասաց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

Այն հարցին, թե համանախագահների հասցեական հայտարարությունից հետո ինչ գործողություններ պետք է հետևեն, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ այս հայտարարությունը միգուցե ինչ-որ առումով լիցքաթափման գործառույթ ունի, սակայն այն պետք է ամրագրվի գործնական քայլերով:

«Այս փուլում համանախագահների գլխավոր խնդիրը Ադրբեջանին Վիեննայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարմանը մղելն է: Հակառակ դեպքում համանախագահների հայտարարությունը կարող է էֆեկտիվ լինել զուտ կարճաժամկետ ժամանակահատվածում»,-ավելացրեց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այս փուլում Ադրբեջանի ակտիվությանը, ապա Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ  դա մի շարք գործոններով է պայմանավորված, սակայն առաջին հերթին այն ճնշումների միջոցով զիջումների հասնելու նպատակ է հետապնդում:
