Հայ-հնդկական համագործակցությունը պաշտպանական ոլորտում ընդլայնվում է

Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև պաշտպանական ոլորտում համագործակցության հնարավորություններն ուսումնասիրելու և պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերելու համար մայիսի 16-ից 20-ը աշխատանքային այցով Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետությունում էր գտնվում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Լևոն Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՊՆ պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Հնդկաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, այցելել է մի շարք զորամասեր և ռազմարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններ։
Մայիսի 16-ին տեղի են ունեցել երկկողմ պաշտպանական խորհրդակցություններ պատվիրակությունների ընդլայնված կազմով։ Հնդկական կողմից պատվիրակությունը ղեկավարել է Հնդկաստանի ՊՆ պլանավորման և միջազգային համագործակցության գծով քարտուղար Շամբհու Կումառանը։ Կարևորելով երկու պետությունների միջև առկա քաղաքական բարձր մակարդակի հարաբերություններն ու դարավոր բարեկամական կապերը, կողմերն ընդգծել են պաշտպանական ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության մեծ ներուժը հնարավորինս արդյունավետ օգտագործելու փոխադարձ շահագրգռվածությունը։ Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության խնդիրներին, հայկական և հնդկական պատվիրակությունները վերահաստատել են դրանց վերաբերյալ երկու պետությունների ընդհանուր մոտեցումները և միջազգային կառույցներում համագործակցելու պատրաստակամությունը։
Բանակցությունների արդյունքում պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել ռազմական կրթության, խաղաղապահության, լեռնային պատրաստության, տարբեր զորավարժությունների և վարժանքների, ինչպես նաև ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտն ամրապնդելու, երկկողմ պաշտպանական խորհրդակցությունների ձևաչափը շարունակելու և ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակներում շփումներն ակտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ՊՆ պատվիրակությունն այցելել է նաև Հնդկաստանի տարբեր քաղաքներում տեղակայված զինվորական ստորաբաժանումներ և ռազմաարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններ, ծանոթացել Հնդկաստանի ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի արտադրանքին, քննարկել այս ուղղությամբ համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու փոխշահավետ տարբերակներ։
