Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում կադրերի պակաս կա: Այս մասին նշեց Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանի նորընտիր տնօրեն Արեգ Միքայելյանը:
«Որոշ երիտասարդներ գալիս են, բայց դա քիչ է: Շատ երիտասարդներ այսօրվա պատկերացումներով են շարժվում, այն է ` ընտրել մասնագիտություններ, որոնք ավելի լավ են վճարվում: Ցավոք, խելացի երիտասարդները, որոնց ներուժն առավելապես պետք է գիտության մեջ, գերադասում են պետական պաշտոնյաների օգնականներ լինել, քան գիտնական»,- նշեց Արեգ Միքայելյանը:
Այսօր Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում աշխատում է 40 աշխատակից, որոնցից 11-ը՝ երիտասարդներ: Սա այն դեպքում, երբ խորհրդային տարիներին Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանում աշխատում էին մոտ 150 մարդ:
«Ճիշտ է, գիտնականին պետական հատկացումները քիչ են, սակայն երիտասարդները ներգրավված են միանգամից մի քանի ծրագրերում և միջինը 250-300 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ են ստանում: Այսինքն` ամեն դեպքում տարբեր աղբյուրներից մենք հնարավորություններ գտնում ենք»,-ասաց Արեգ Միքայելյանը:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանն ունի տեխնիկական հագեցվածության խնդիր: Ամենամեծ դիտակը, որը խորհրդային տարիներին համարվում էր աշխարհում 7-րդը, այժմ միայն 50-րդն է և համարվում է միջին որակի աստղադիտակ:
«Թե տիեզերական հետազոտություններում, թե ցամաքային աստղագիտության գծով մենք կտրուկ ետ մնացինք: Պատճառը ներդրումների պակասն է: Խորհրդային տարիներին չհասցվեց իրականացնել նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներմուծում, անկախության առաջին տարիներն էլ ծանր շրջան էր: Եվ այդպես ետ ընկանք: Հիմա կա, իհարկե, ճանապարհ: Իմ կարծիքով, մեր լավագույն ճանապարհն է օգտագործել ամերիկյան, եվրոպական խոշոր նախագծերի արդյունքները, որոնք աստղագիտության մեջ բաց են դրված: Կարելի է հնարամիտ ծրագիր ներկայացնելով` ուրիշի ներդրումներով մեծ արդյունքի հասնել»,-ասաց նա:
Խոսելով աստղադիտարանի վերջին տարիներին կատարած աշխատանքից` Արեգ Միքայելյանը նշեց, որ բազմաթիվ նոր տիեզերական օբյեկտներ են հայտնաբերել, որոնց շնորհիվ պարզվում է տիեզերքի պատկերը:
«Մենք բազմաթիվ երիտասարդ աստղեր ենք հայտնաբերել: Դա շարունակվող գործընթաց է, որի սկիզբը դրվել է դեռ Վիկտոր Համբարձումյանի օրոք: Երիտասարդ աստղերի առկայությունը նշանակում է, որ տիեզերքում ներկայում էլ տեղի են ունենում էվոլյուցիոն պրոցեսներ: Նախկինում կարծում էին, որ տիեզերքը ստեղծվել է միլիարդավոր տարիներ առաջ և որևէ լուրջ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել, աստղերը ծեր են: Երիտասարդ աստղերի հայտնաբերմամբ ապացուցվեց հակառակը: Դրանից հետո, աստղադիտարանի գլխավոր ուղղություններից մեկը դարձավ հնարավորին չափ փորձել ավելի շատ այդպիսի աստղ եր հայտնաբերելը, մեծ վիճակագրություն կուտակելով, դրանց էվոլյուցիան հասկանալ:
