Երևանում ամուսնուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կնոջն ինքնասպանության հասցնելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողութունների արդյունքում պարզվում են Երևանի 30-ամյա բնակչուհու մահվան հանգամանքները. կնոջն ինքնասպանության հասցնելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամուսնուն։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կ ապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Երևանի բնակչուհին՝ 1986թ. ծնված կինը, ինքնասպանություն գործելու նպատակով, 2017 թվականի մարտի 3-ին նետվել է տան երկրորդ հարկից նկուղային հարկ, որի հետևանքով ստացած վնասվածքներից, առանց գիտակցության գալու, մարտի 7-ին բժշկական կենտրոնում մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ կնոջ ինքնասպանություն գործելու պատճառները պարզելու համար։
Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ կինը նշված տանն ապրել է ամուսնու հետ, և համատեղ կյանքի ընթացքում տարբեր կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ունեցել են վիճաբանություններ։ Դեպքի օրը ևս ամուսինները վիճաբանել են, որի ընթացքում ամուսինը բռնություն է գործադրել կնոջ նկատմամբ, վիրավորական արտահայտություններ հնչեցրել, ինչից որոշ ժամանակ անց կինը, բարձրանալով տան 2-րդ հարկ, նետվել է ներքև։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ ամուսնուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Սպառնալիքի, դաժան վերաբերմունքի կամ անձնական արժանապատվությունը պարբերաբար նվաստացնելու ճանապարհով անձին անուղղակի դիտավորությամբ կամ անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության կամ ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելը):
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
