Անքնությունը՝ տղամարդկանց վաղաժամ մահվան սպառնալիք

Անքնությունը տղամարդկանց մոտ մեծացնում է վաղաժամ մահվան հավանականությունը: Վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ քնի խանգարմամբ տառապում է ԱՄՆ-ի մեծահասակ բնակչության 30%-ից ավելին: Գիտնականները հետազոտել են, թե ինչպես է այդ ազդում մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա:
Channing Division of Network Medicine աշխատանքի հեղինակներից Յանպին Լին հայտարարել է, որ ամենամեծ վտանգը կապված է տարեց մարդկանց հետ: Փորձագետների խմբին հաջողվել է կապ բացահայտել քնի խանգարումների եւ մահվան միջեւ: Պարզվել է, որ անքնությամբ տառապող տղամարդկանց մոտ շատ մեծ է սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների զարգացման հավանականությունը:
Գիտնականները հետազոտություն են անցկացրել 23 հազար տղամարդկանց շրջանում, ովքեր այս կամ այն պատճառով գանգատվել են անքնության նախանշաններից: Նշված խմբից 2004-2010թ.թ. ընթացքում 2.025 մարդ է մահացել: Մասնագետները մշակել եւ հանել են խրոնիկ հիվանդությունների, կենսակերպի, տարիքի գործոնը եւ պարզել, որ մահացածների 55%-ի մոտ անքնություն է եղել: Միաժամանակ, յուրաքանչյուր երրորդ տղամարդը սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություն է ունեցել:
Հարվարդի առողջապահության դպրոցի ներկայացուցիչ Սյան Գաոն պատմել է. «Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ առողջ քունն անհրաժեշտ է սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի կանոնավոր գործունեության համար: Իսկ մեր հետազոտությունը պարզել է, որ անքնությունն ազդում է նաեւ տղամարդկանց երկարակեցության վրա՝ զգալիորեն կրճատելով նրանց կյանքը»:
Գիտնականները պատրաստվում են լրացուցիչ հետազոտություններ անցկացնել, որոնք կհաստատեն ավելի վաղ ստացված արդյունքները: Բայց հիմա կարելի է պնդել, որ քնի հիգիենայի կանոններին հստակ հետեւելն օգնում է զգալիորեն նվազեցնել առաջին հերթին անոթների եւ սրտի հիվանդությունների հավանականությունը: Այդ նշանակում է, որ անքնության առաջին իսկ նախանշանների դեպքում պետք է դիմել մասնագետի, այլապես այդ կարող է տհաճ, նույնիսկ՝ անդառնալի հետեւանքներ ունենալ: Սա հատկապես արդիական է տարեց տղամարդկանց դեպքում:
Մինչ այս հետազոտության արդյունքները տպագրվում էին Circulation ամսագրում, Լոնդոնի Կայսերական քոլեջում այլ հետազոտություն են անցկացրել եւ պարզել, որ անքնությամբ տառապող մարդիկ վեց անգամ ավելի շատ են հիվանդանում շաքարախտով, քան նորմալ քնող մարդիկ: Նրանց կարծիքով, սա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ անբավարար քունն ազդում է օրգանիզմում կատարվող նյութափոխանակության վրա: Իսկ անգլիական Սուրեյի համալսարանի հետազոտողների մեկ այլ խումբ հայտնաբերել է հարյուրավոր գեներ, որոնց պատճառն անբավարար քունն է: Արդյունքում մարդու մոտ մեծանում է սթրեսի եւ բորբոքային պրոցեսների հավանականությունը, խախտվում իմունային համակարգը:
