Բոտոքսը կարող է օգնել առիթմիայի դեմ պայքարում

Բոտոքսն արդեն գործածվում է ոչ միայն կնճիռները հարթելու, այլեւ շունտավորումից հետո առիթմիայի զարգացումը կանխելու նպատակով: Այս մասին հայտնում է Arrhythmia Institute of Valley Health System-ի գիտնականները:
Առիթմիան՝ սրտի աննորմալ ռիթմը կարող է շատ խնդիրների ու բարդությունների՝ այդ թվում երիկամների վնասվածքի, կաթվածի ու նույնիսկ մահվան պատճառ դառնալ: Առիթմիան բավականին տարածված բարդություն է սրտի որոշ վիրահատություններից հետո, հավաստիացնում է բժիշկ Ջոնաթան Շտայնբերգը վերոնշյալ կենտրոնից: Բայց հավանաբար առիթմիայի կանխարգելման հարցում կարող է օգնել բոտոքսը, որն այսօր օգտագործվում է ոչ միայն կնճիռների հարթեցման, այլեւ միգրենների, հիպերակտիվ միզապարկի ու չափազանց շատ քրտնարտադրությունը բուժելու համար:
Հետազոտության շրջանակում գիտնականները 60 հիվանդ են ընտրել, որոնք շունտավորում են անցել ու նրանց սրտի շրջանում ճարպային կուտակումների մեջ կամ բոտոքս են ներարկել, կամ ֆիզլուծույթ: Այդ բոլոր հիվանդները վիրահատությունից առաջ առիթմիայի առնվազն 2 դրվագ էին ունեցել ու առիթմիայի կրկնության հավանականոււթյունը նրանց դեպքում շատ մեծ էր: Փորձի պահին նրանք առիթմիայի դեմ դեղամիջոցներ չէին ընդունում:
Այն հիվանդների 7 տոկոսի մոտ, որոնց բոտոքս էին ներարկել՝ հաջորդ 30 օրերի ընթացքում առիթմիա է սկսվել: Իսկ հիվանդների այն խմբում, որը ֆիզլուծույթ էր ստացել, 30 տոկոսի մոտ է առիթմիա նկատվել: Մեկ տարի անց բոտոքս ստացածների խմբից ոչ մեկը սրտի ռիթմի խնդիր չուներ, իսկ երկրորդ խմբի մասնակիցների 27 տոկոսը ուներ նման խնդիրներ:
Վիրահատությունից հետո հնարավոր մյուս բարդությունները երկու խմբերում էլ նույնն էին:
Բժիշկ Շտայնբերգի խոսքով բոտոքսի մեկ ներարկումը կարող ե բավականացնել վիրահատությունից հետո առիթմիան կանխելու համար, քանի որ նման առիթմիայի առաջացման վտանգը սովորաբար պահպանվում է վիրահատությանը հաջորդող մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, ոչ ավելի երկար:
