Աղիքային ճիճուների տեսակներն ու դրանց դեմ պայքարի միջոցները

Ճիճուների տեսակները

Ճիճուները բաժանվում են 2 խմբի՝ աղիքային և արտաաղիքային: Առաջին խմբի ճիճուները բազմանում են աղիքներում, իսկ երկրորդ խմբի ճիճուները՝ մկաններում, թոքերում, լյարդում և կարող են տարածվել մարդու մարմնի ցանկացած մասում:

Երեխաների մոտ հիմնականում ախտորոշվում են աղիքային ճիճուներ՝ ասկարիդ անվամբ, որի երկարությունը կարող է հասնել անգամ 20-30 սմ-ի:

 

Աղիքային ասկարիդները շատ վտանգավոր են նաև հղի կանանց համար: Նրանք բազմանալով կարող են վնասել դեռ չծնված երեխային:

Անվտանգության միջոցառումներ

Հետևելով հիգիենայի կանոններին՝ կարելի է նվազագույնի հասցնել ճիճուների ներթափանցումը երեխայի օրգանիզմ:  Երեխան պետք է հաճախակի օճառով լվանա ձեռքերը, միրգը, բանջարեղենն ու հատապտուղներն  ուտի միայն լավ լվանալուց հետո, իսկ եղունգներըմիշտ կտրված լինեն:

Հայտնաբերել և ոչնչացնել

Եթե չհաջողվեց կանխարգելել ճիճուների մուտքը երեխայի օրգանիզմ, ուրեմն պետք է սկսել բուժումը:  Ճիշտ ախտորոշման համար առաջին հերթին պետք է հանձնել արյան, քսուքի և կղանքի անալիզներ: Առանց բժշկի ցուցումների բուժում սկսելը խստիվ արգելվում է, քանի որ ճիճուների դեմ դեղահաբերն ունեն ցուցումներ և հակացուցումներ:
