Փողով խաղալն ամենահին զվարճանքի միջոցներից է: Այն տարածված էր դեռեւս Հռոմեական կայսրության ժամանակաշրջանում: Այսօր խաղային բիզնեսն ապշեցնում է տարածվածությամբ եւ մատչելիությամբ: Հայաստանում այս խնդիրը բավական հրատապ է դառնում, քանի որ ավելի շատ երիտասարդներ են խաղադրույքներ կատարում, թղթախաղով տարվում եւ այլն: Ինչպե՞ս օգնել մտերիմ մարդուն ազատվել խաղերից կախվածությունից: Այդ մասին կպատմի հոգեբան ԱրմենՀովսեփյանը:

«Խաղամոլին օգնելը բարդ է, բայց հնարավոր: Պետք չէ վիճել, գոռալ եւ ապացուցել նրա սխալը: Հարկավոր է չեզոք դիրք ընդունել, նվաճել խաղամոլի վստահությունը՝ տեղեկություններ ստանալու համար: «Հասկացող ընկերոջ» դիրքում ավելի դյուրին կլինի անցնել հաջորդ քայլին, մասնավորապես՝ հոգեբանական ճնշմանը: Խաղամոլին հանգիստ եւ համառորեն բացատրում ենք, թե ինչ է վտանգում նա եւ ինչ կորցնում: Այստեղ պետք է շեշտադրեք այնպիսի բառեր եւ հասկացություններ, ինչպիսիք են «ընտանիքը», «ընկերները», «աշխատանքը», բայց այդ բավարար չի լինի: Այդ խոսակցությանը մոտեցումը պետք է լինի այնպիսին, ինչպես բարձրակարգ շնորհանդես ստեղծելը: Հարկավոր է լիրիկական նախաբանին փաստեր ավելացնել. քանի խաղամոլներ են սնանկացել, քանիսն են ինքնասպանության դիմել, քանիսը՝ ընտանիք կորցրել, քանիսն էլ մնացել են առանց աշխատանքի եւ ընկերների: Նման վիճակագրությունը նրանց օգտին չի լինի: Եթե ձեր շրջապատում խաղամոլներ չկան, ապա միշտ էլ կարելի է հորինել տխուր պատմություն, որը տեղի է ունեցել ընկերուհու մտերմուհու եւ նրա ամուսնու հետ: Այս պարագայում դա կլինի «սուտ՝ հանուն փրկության»: 

Եվ հիշեք, գոռացող մարդուն ավելի պակաս լրջությամբ են ընկալում, իսկ անհրաժեշտ է, որ ձեզ առավելագույնս լուրջ ընդունեն: Հարկավոր է հնարավորինս խաղաղ ճանապարհով սահմանափակել «հիվանդի» անցանկալի կապերը եւ, ամենակարեւորը, ամբողջական վերահսկողություն սահմանել նրա դրամական հոսքերի նկատմամբ: Ճնշումն աստիճանաբար պետք է ավելացնել՝ կրկին հիմնավորելով փաստերով եւ հստակ թվերով, թե որքան եւ ինչի համար է դրամ ծախսվել, ինչ չեք հասցնում գնել ընտանիքի համար նրա խաղամոլության եւ անիմաստ ծախսերի պատճառով:

Պատկերացրեք, որ ձեզ համար մտերիմ մարդու խաղամոլության դեմ պայքարը գործողություն է, որ պետք է կատարեք ծայրաստիճան հստակ եւ ճշգրիտ: Զգացմունքները թողեք մի կողմ, ճնշեք փաստերով եւ միայն փաստերով, նախատեք հիմնավորված:

Հաջորդ փուլը: Խնդրի լուծմանը ներգրավեք նաեւ ընկերներին եւ հարազատներին, խնդրեք այդ պայքարում ձեզ հետ ուս ուսի պայքարել: Այդ կարեւոր է. բոլորը պետք է հետեւեն միեւնույն մարտավարությանը, պարտքով գումար չտան, հոգեբանական ճնշում կիրառեն, արդյունքում՝ խաղամոլի համար անբարենպաստ մթնոլորտ ստեղծեն: Այս փուլում նա պետք է հստակ հասկանա, որ իրեն ոչ ոք չի աջակցում, այդ թվում՝ նրանք, ովքեր նախապես խնդրին չեզոք էին վերաբերվում:

Այս բոլոր գործողություններով դուք պետք է ստիպեք նրան հասնել այն գիտակցության, որ ստիպված է ընտրություն կատարել ընտանիքի եւ նորմալ ապագայի կամ խաղի օգտին, քանի որ այս երկու հասկացություններն անհամատեղելի են»:
