Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Թրամփը կարողացել է իր նախագահական գլխավոր խոստումներից մեկը կյանքի կոչել՝ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ կնքելով համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ զենքի աննախադեպ գործարք, որի ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմում է մոտ 350 միլիարդ դոլար։ Այս աստղաբաշխական թվից 110 միլիարդը վճարվելու է միանգամից, իսկ մնացածը՝ մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում։
Մինչ շատերը քննարկում են հարցի տնտեսական, ռազմական ու ԱՄՆ ներքաղաքական բաղադրիչները, ես կուզենայի, որ փորձենք հասկանալ, թե աշխարհաքաղաքական ինչ հետևանքներ է ենթադրում սա առաջիկա տարիների համար։ Ըստ իս՝ արդեն իսկ կարելի է միանգամից երկու գրեթե երաշխավորված հետևանքների մասին խոսել։
1․ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները առնվազն չեն ջերմանալու, եթե չասենք, որ լարման նոր էսկալացում է լինելու Պարսից ծոցում։ Մեծ հաշվով՝ այս գործարքով ստեղծվում է նոր՝ պան-արաբական ռազմաքաղաքական միավոր, որի հիմնական, եթե ոչ՝ միակ ախոյանը շիայական աշխարհն է, որի լոկոմոտիվն Իրանն է։
2․ Սիրիայի քաղաքացիական պատերազմը մոտակա ժամանակներս չի դադարելու, որովհետև հենց Սաուդյան Արաբիան ու Կատարն են հանդիսանում ԻՊ-ի, Նուսրայի ու մի շարք այլ սուննի-սալաֆիտական ծայրահեղական միավորումների կնքահայրերն ու գլխավոր հովանավորները։ Իսկ Սիրիայում քաղաքացիական պատերազմը կարելի է ավարտել միայն, եթե աշխարհի հզորները կոնսոլիդացվեն այդ ծայրահեղական միավորումների շուրջ։ Այս գործարքով, փաստորեն, ԱՄՆ-ն հետ է քաշվում ու անուղղակի քարտ բլանշ է տալիս աուդիտներին։
Այսպիսով՝ Թրամփը միանգամից մի քանի հեռահար նպատակներ է հետապնդում այս գործարքով, որոնցից առանցքայինը, թերևս, Մեծ Մերձավոր Արևելքի կոնցեպցիայի հետագա կայացումն է, որն անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է տարածաշրջանի սահմանների վերագծման, իսկ այդ տարածաշրջանում այդպիսի վերագծումը հնարավոր է միայն արյամբ ու այն էլ՝ մեծ արյամբ։
