Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ մայիսի 26-ին դպրոցների ավարտական դասարանների Վերջին զանգի միջոցառումների կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ տարվել են նախապատրաստական անհրաժեշտ բոլոր աշխատանքները: Նշվել է նաև, որ օրվա գլխավոր միջոցառումը` համերգային ծրագրով, տեղի է ունենալու Ազատության հրապարակում: Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության հանրակրթական դպրոցների ավարտական դասարաններում և մանկապարտեզների ավագ խմբերում շարունակվում է խիստ հսկողությունը՝ ավարտական միջոցառումների կազմակերպման նպատակով հնարավոր դրամահավաքության դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
 
Ի կատարումն Երևանի քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի` նախորդ շաբաթ աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության և վերահսկողության վարչությունները շարունակել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության մանկապարտեզներում մատակարարվող սննդի որակի և պահպանման պայմանների ուսումնասիրությունները: Նշվել է նաև, որ նախորդ մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ընդհանուր առմամբ նման աշխատանքներ տարվել են 147 մանկապարտեզներում: Արդյունքում խախտման դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել: Հանձնարարվել է շարունակել հսկողությունը: Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում մանկապարտեզների ավարտական խմբերի երեխաներին պայուսակների և գրենական պիտույքների տրամադրման գործընթացը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու մասով:
 
 
Աշխատակազմի մշակույթի և տուրիզմի վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի հետ համատեղ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են տարվում մայիսի 28-ի՝ Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումները պատշաճ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ: Նաև զեկուցվել է, որ արդեն իսկ պատրաստ է հունիսի 1-ից մայրաքաղաքում մեկնարկող «Երևանյան ամառ-2017» եռամսյա ծրագրի միջոցառումների ցանկն ու ժամանակացույցը: Այդ համատեքստում նշվել է, որ արդեն իսկ հստակեցված է հունիսի 1-ի՝ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցը: Հանձնարարվել է մասնավորապես «Երևանյան ամառ-2017» եռամսյա ծրագրի միջոցառումների ցանկն ու ժամանակացույցն առաջիկայում ներկայացնել հանրությանը:
