 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համախագահող երկրները մոտ ժամանակներում կգտնեն 20 տարուց ավել տեւող ղարաբաղյան խնդրի լուծումը: Այդ մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 22-ին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ ԹայիփԷրդողանը Ստամբուլում Սեւծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՍԾՏՀ) հիմնադրման 25-ամյակին նվիրված հոբելյանական գագաթնաժողովը։

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանի ելույթից հետո նախագահողը` Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, համաձայնվելով, որ ՍԾՏՀ-ն ԼՂ-ի հիմնահարցի քննարկման հարթակ չէ, նշեց, որ այս խնդրով զբաղվում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող պետությունները, որոնց ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը` ՌԴ-ն, գտնվում է դահլիճում: Էրդողանը հույս հայտնեց, որ Մինսկի խմբի համախագահող երկրները մոտ ժամանակներում կգտնեն 20 տարուց ավել տեւող այս խնդրի լուծումը: 

Գագաթաժողովին իր ելույթում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը, անդրադառնալով գագաթաժողովին Ադրբեջանի ԱԺ նախագահ Օքթայ Ասադովի ելույթում Հայաստանին հասցեագրված մեղադրանքներին, ասել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը կրկին փորձ կատարեց օգտագործել ՍԾՏՀ ամբիոնը` ներկայացնելու ԼՂ հակամարտության աղավաղված պատկերը: «Մենք համոզված ենք, որ այս գագաթաժողովը այն տեղը չէ, իսկ ՍԾՏՀ-ն այն ձեւաչափը չէ, որտեղ պետք է քննարկվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը: Անելով սա՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը ցուցադրեց իր անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը ՍԾՏՀ Կանոնադրության, կազմակերպության սկզբունքների եւ նպատակների եւ այս գագաթաժողովի նկատմամբ»,- նշեց Հովակիմյանը:

Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ռազմատենչ քաղաքականության, մասնավորապես, ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի եւ դրա հետեւանքների վերացման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի եւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերի համատեքստում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրեց այդ ջանքերի տապալման ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ձեռնարկվող քայլերը՝ ընդգծելով, որ. «Մեղադրանքները, ռազմատենչ կեցվածքը եւ միակողմանի առավելապաշտական պահանջները չեն կարող լուծել հակամարտությունը: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման մեջ հնարավոր է հասնել առաջընթացի, եթե Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվի ուժ գործադրելու քաղաքականությունից եւ բարեխղճորեն ներգրավվի բանակցություններում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների համաձայնեցված ձեւաչափի շրջանակներում»:
