Budetezdorovy.ru-ն գրում է, որ լյարդը կարևորագույն օրգաններից մեկն է, որը պատասխանատու է տարբեր գործառույթների համար։ Եթե լյարդը դադարում է նորմալ աշխատել, առողջության հետ կապված բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ։ Շատերն այս օրգանի հետ կապված խնդիրները շատ ուշ են նկատում, ինչի հետևանքով օրգանիզմը զգալիորեն տուժում է։ Ուշադրություն դարձրեք նշաններին, որոնք վկայում են այս օրգանի հետ կապված խնդիրների առկայության մասին։

1. Մաշկի դեղնություն։ Լյարդի վնասման առաջին նշաններից մեկը մաշկի գույնի փոփոխությունն է։ Լյարդի վնասումը հանգեցնում է տոքսինների կուտակման։ Բիլիռուբինն արտադրվում է լյարդում, այն օգնում է նյութափոխանակությանը։ Խանգարումների առկայության դեպքում բիլիռուբինը դուրս չի գալիս օրգանիզմից և անցնում է արյան մեջ։ Երբ բիլիռուբինը գտնվում է արյան մեջ, մաշկը դեղին գույն է ստանում։

2. Մեզի և արտաթորանքի գույնի փոփոխություն։ Եթե մեզի և արտաթորանքի գույնի փոփոխություն եք նկատում, սա կարող է նշան լինել, որ լյարդը նորմալ չի աշխատում։ Եթե մեզը մուգ է, իսկ արտաթորանքը՝ գունատ, հարկավոր է խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ։

3. Որովայնի փքվածություն։ Եթե նկատել եք, որ որովայնն անսպասելիորեն ուռչում է, սա կարող է վկայել լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրների առկայության մասին։

4. Ցավ։ Եթե որովայնում հանկարծակի ցավեր են առաջանում, կարող եք լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունենալ։ Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է դիմել մասնագետի օգնությանը։

5. Փսխում և այրոց։ Եթե նկատում եք, որ որովայնի թթվայնությունը մեծանում է, սա կարող է լյարդի հետ կապված խնդրի առաջին նշաններից մեկը լինել։ Վնասված լյարդը չի կարողանում նյութափոխանակության նյութերը կերակրափողին հասցնել, ինչի արդյունքում փսխում և նյութափոխանակության համար խոչընդոտներ են առաջանում։
