Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Տեղի ունեցավ այն, ինչին շատերը սպասում էին։ Սպասում էին, քանի որ բարոյական նորմերի և բարքերի սարսափելի դեգրադացիան պետք է հանգեցնեին նրան, ինչին ականատես եղանք այսօր լրահոսին հետևելիս։ Հայաստանյան շատ ԶԼՄ-ներ են տեղադրել տեսանյութ, թե ինչպես են VIP հարսանիքի որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ խորոված անում մի վայրում, որը մեր հայրենիքի սիմվոլներից մեկն է։
«Մարիոթ» հյուրանոցում տեղի ունեցած հարսանիքի որոշ մասնակիցներ՝ փեսայի ընկերները, Երևանի Հանրապետության հրապարակի մեջտեղում մանղալ էին դրել և խորոված էին անում։ Իհարկե, այդ ամենը, որքան կարելի էր կռահել հրապարակի դատարկությունից, տեղի էր ունեցել վաղ առավոտյան, բայց երևույթը՝ որպես այդպիսին, շատ տհաճ էր։ Դհոլ-զուռնայի նվագակցությամբ տեղի ունեցող այդ արարողությունը նորմալ մարդու մոտ, բացի նողկանքից, այլ բան չի կարող առաջացնել։ Զզվելի էր տեսնել այդ ամենը։ Զզվելի էր տեսնել մեր ոստիկանների անճարությունը, որոնք հանրահավաքների մասնակիցներին կարող են այնպես բերման ենթարկել, որ ուղեղի ցնցում ստանան վերջիններս։ Իսկ որոշներին, ովքեր կարող են մանղալ դնել երկրի գլխավոր հրապարակի մեջտեղում և խորոված պատրաստել, մոտենալ մի քանի րոպե հետո և վախվորած նախազգուշացնել անբարո արարքի համար։
Որոշ հարստացածների լպիրշությունը և անմակարդակությունը չափ ու սահման չունեն։ Զարմանալի էր հարսանիքին մասնակցող «գլամուր և իրենց բարձրաշխարհիկ» մասսա կոչվածների հռհռալն ու էքստազային վանկարկումները։
Հարգելիներս, մենք կենդանիներից տարբերվում են նրանով, որ ոչ միայն բանական էակ ենք, այլ նաև առաջնորդվում ենք բարոյական նորմերով։ Դրա պատճառով էլ, օրինակ, մենք մեր կարիքները չենք հոգում կենդանիների նման փողոցներում։ Այդ բարոյական նորմերից ելնելով էլ շատ տեղերում հարսանիքներ չենք անում, մանղալ չենք դնում։ Օրինակ՝ Մատենադարանում, Ծիծեռնակաբերդում, Եռաբլուրում, հրապարակներում և այլն։ Չնայած ցանկացողներ եղել են։ Բայց այս դեպքից հետո տաբուն արդեն հանված է։ Առաջին խորովածի մանղալը Հանրապետության հրապարակի սրտում արդեն դրված է։ Հիմա հարյուրավոր ցանկացողներ կհայտնվեն։ Եթե մեկին կարելի է, ապա մյուսներին ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի։
Ամենաթողությունը և անպատժելիությունը բերում են հասարակության դեգրադացման, որի հետևանքները մենք տեսանք Հանրապետության հրապարակում։
Երբեք չենք պատկերացնի, որ Լոնդոնի Տրաֆալգարյան հրապարակի, Փարիզի Հաղթակամարի տակ, Բեռլինի Բրանդենբուրգյան դարպասների մոտ ինչ-որ մեկը մանղալ դնի ու խորոված անի։ Կպատժվի և շատ խիստ։ Կպատժվի հենց իշխանությունների կողմից։
