«Մեր տեղեկություններով, մոտ օրերս աշխատանքից ազատվելու է Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոնի պետ Հարություն Թունյանը։ Արդեն հայտնի է կենտրոնի նոր պետի անունը՝ Մհեր Անանյան։ Նա ազատվել է սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնից, և մոտ օրերս սպասվում է նրա նշանակումը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Մհեր Անանյանը հայտնի ծանրամարտիկ, ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախկին նախարար Յուրի Վարդանյանի ընկերոջ որդին է։ «Հրապարակի» հետ զրույցում նա արդեն հայտնել էր, որ նոր և «իրեն հարմար» առաջարկ է ստացել, որի համար լքում է հարազատ նախարարությունը։ Փաստորեն, խոսքը Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոնի պետ նշանակվելու մասին էր։
Անանյանի ընտրությամբ կառավարությունը ցույց տվեց, որ ձգտում է կոռուպցիոն մեծ ռիսկեր պարունակող այս մարմինը հանձնել մաքուր կենսագրություն ունեցող մեկին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Գնումների աջակցման կենտրոնը, որպես կանոն, Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի ազդեցության տակ է եղել։ Հարություն Թունյանը, որի պաշտոնանկության մասին խոսվում էր վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին, համակարգի հին աշխատող էր և նախկին պետի՝ Արթուր Առաքելյանի տեղակալը։ Արթուր Առաքելյանը ներկայում տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի տեղակալն է և նրա մերձավորներից։ Իսկ նրանից առաջ գնումների գործակալությունը ղեկավարում էր Բեգլարյանի եղբայրը՝ Հակոբ Բեգլարյանը, որին վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանն ազատեց աշխատանքից խախտումների և վարչարարության աղաղակող թերությունների համար»,–գրում է թերթը։
