«Հայկական ժամանակ». ՀՀ հարկային նոր օրենսգրքով եկամտային հարկի դրույքաչափը կնվազեցվի

«ՀՀ հարկային նոր օրենսգրքով Հայաստանում եկամտային հարկի դրույքաչափը նախատեսվում է սահմանել 20 տոկոս։ Այս պահին գործող օրենքով եկամտային հարկի նվազագույն դրույքաչափը սահմանված է 244 տոկոս և ունի պրոգրեսիվ բնույթ։
Այսինքն գործող օրենքով որքան մեծ են եկամուտները, այնքան ավելի շատ է եկամտային հարկ գանձվում։ Այսպես, եթե անձի եկամուտը ամսական մինչև 120 հազար դրամ է, ապա նրանից գանձվում է եկամտի 24.4 տոկոսը։ Եթե 120 հազարից 200 հազար դրամ է, ապա նրանից գանձվող եկամտային հարկի դրույքաչափը մեծանում Է։ Եթե եկամուտները գերազանցում են 200 հազար դրամը, ապա եկամտային հարկի դրույքաչափը Էլ ավելի Է մեծանում։ Հարկային նոր օրենսգրքի նախագծով, որը նախօրեին արժանացավ կառավարության հավանությանը, եկամտային հարկի դրույքաչափը նույնն է բոլորի համար՝ 100 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացողն Էլ Է վճարելու 20 տոկոս, 10 միլիոն աշխատավարձ ստացողն Էլ»,–գրում է թերթը։
