«Շանթ»-ի օպերատոր Դավիթ Աթոյանն իրականում քննիչների զոհն է դարձել

Արդեն մի քանի օր է, սոցիալական ցանցերում քննարկման առարկա է դարձել մայիսի 10-ին արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի հյուսիսային հատվածում հակառակորդի կրակոցից ոտքերի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած «Շանթ» ՀԸ-ի օպերատոր Դավիթ Աթոյանի անձնական ու նեղ ընտանեկան կյանքը:
Անհայտ հեղինակները ժամանցային կայքերում նյութեր էին հրապարակում «Ահա, թե ով է իրականում Դավիթ Աթոյանը» վերնագրով, որտեղ պատմում էին, թե Դավիթի կողմից պարբերաբար ծեծի է ենթարկվել նրա կինը, ծնողները: Բացի դա, կից հրապարակել էին մի տեսանյութը, որում մի տղամարդ փորձում էր ինքնասպանություն գործել Դավիթաշենի կամրջից եւ նշում, որ այդ տղամարդը նույն Դավթի Աթոյանն է. ինքնասպանության փորձը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի մայիսի 28-ին: Ոմանք դժգոհում են, թե ինչպես է անմեղսունակ մարդը իրավունք ստացել դիրքեր բարձրանալ: Բայց սա հարցի մի կողմն է:
Իրականում Դավիթ Աթոյանը 2012 թվականին դարձել է քննիչների «զոհը»: Նրան այդ թվականին անհիմն մեղադրանք են առաջադրել հափշտակություն կատարելու համար եւ մոտ հինգ ամիս պահել կալանքի տակ, ինչն էլ բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել նրա հետագա վարքագծի վրա: Ավելին, մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ սույն դեպքի հանգամանքների եւ քննչական գործողությունների համադրման վերաբերյալ որպես ուսումնական նյութ վավերագրական ֆիլմ է նկարահանվել՝ թե ինչպիսի սխալներ չպետք է անի քննիչը: Աթոյանն այդ ժամանակ Ազատության հրապարակում հեծանիվներ է նորոգել եւ այդ կերպ հոգացել ապրուստը: Նրան բնութագրելիս շեշետում են, որ շատ խելացի եւ ուժեղ կամքի տեր անձնավորություն է:
Անդրադառնալով Դավիթ Աթոյանի դեմ առաջարդված մեղադրանքին, նշենք, որ 2012 թվականին նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ուրիշի գույքի բացահայտ հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, Ռիմա Սահակյանի կյանքի եւ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով, վերջինիս պարանոցից պոկելու եղանակով փորձել է բացահայտ հափշտակել ոսկու համաձուլվածքից պատրաստված ոսկյա վզնոցը եւ ոսկյա խաչը, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չհասցնելով` դիմել է փախուստի:
