«Ուրալի» և Հայաստանի հավաքականի հարձակվող Էդգար Մանուչարյանը Եկատերինբուրգի «Наша Газета» պարբերականի թղթակցի հետ միասին այցելել է տեղի ռեստորաններից մեկը և պատրաստել իր սիրելի ուտեստը՝ տոլմա: Հայ ֆուտբոլիստին օգնել է SteakHouse ռեստորանի ավագ խոհարար Միխայիլ Առաքելովը:
Էդգարը պատրաստելու ընթացքում պատասխանել է նաև հարցերի.
-Մենք՝ հայերս, սիրում ենք համեղ ուտել: Ամռանը մեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ շատ համեղ է՝ բանջարեղենը, պանիրը, լավաշը, խորովածը, տոլման… ամենը, ինչ ցանկանում ես: Մի անգամ կայցելեք Հայաստան, կփորձեք և չեք ցանկանա հեռանալ:
Ամեն դեպքում, ինչպե՞ս է ավելի ճիշտ արտասանել՝ «տոլմա՞», թե՞ «դոլմա»:
-Մենք ասում ենք «տոլմա»:
Դա հայերը պատրաստում են միայն հատուկ առիթների ժամանա՞կ:
-Դե, ես հաճախ չեմ լինում տանը: Բայց, երբ տանն եմ, մայրս պատրաստում է, որպեսզի համը չմոռանամ:
Սիրո՞ւմ եք այս ուտեստը:
-Կարծում եմ՝ բոլոր հայերն էլ այն սիրում են: Շատ եմ սիրում, թե ինչպես է այն պատրաստում տատիկս: Երբեք չեմ հանդիպել մարդու, ով տոլմայի մասին կասեր՝ «չեմ սիրում» կամ «համեղ չէ»: Մայրս ամեն ինչ շատ համեղ է պատրաստում: Թեև ես էլ այնպիսի մարդ եմ, ով ուտում է այն, ինչ առաջարկվում է: Կարճ ասած, երբ վերադառնում եմ տուն, 10 օրում հավաքում եմ 10 կգ:
Հայաստանում ավելի հաճախ պատրաստում են կանա՞յք, թե՞ տղամարդիկ:
-Դե, խորովածը, բնականաբար, տղամարդիկ: Ճիշտ է, տոլմա կամ խաշլամա նույնպես կարողանում են պատրաստել:
