Недавно Наталья Орейро отметила 40-летний юбилей. В честь этого события актриса дала интервью, в котором рассказала, как ей удалось сбросить 30 килограммов, а также раскрыла некоторые подробности воспитания своего 5-летнего сына Мерлина.
В начале 2012 года Наталья Орейро впервые стала матерью и очень заметно поправилась после родов. После этого практически все свое время актриса посвятила сыну Мерлину и мужу Рикардо Мольо. Но, несмотря на это, звезде «Дикого ангела» удалось привести себя в форму и похудеть на 30 килограммов. В новом интервью порталу Womans Day Наталья раскрыла свой секрет.
«Полагаю сбросить набранное (а это действительно 30 килограммов) мне помогло прежде всего то, что я кормила Мерлинчика грудью. Также на какое-то время полностью отказалась от шоколада, который просто обожаю, хлеба и булочек», — рассказала Орейро. «Обязательно надо вводить физическую нагрузку — хотя бы минимальную, щадящую. Родив Ату, я много танцевала, каталась на велосипеде, пробовала йогу», — подчеркнула Наталья. По мнению актрисы, немаловажную роль в процессе похудения играет стимул. Орейро хотела прийти в форму, чтобы не разочаровать поклонников своими фотографиями с красной дорожки.
