«Արթիկի տարածաշրջանի Սարատակ գյուղում, որտեղ նախօրեին հայտնվել էր կասկածելի մի անձնավորություն, ներկայանալով որպես Արցախում զոհված զինծառայող Կարեն Դանիելյանի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, գյուղապետ Միշա Ղրզոյանի ասելով՝ թափառաշրջիկ բոմժ է, որը, իր տպավորությամբ, նույնիսկ հոգեկան խնդիրներ ունի: Ըստ գյուղապետի՝ Ադրբեջանից ուղարկված լրտեսը երբեք չէր գա, չէր մտնի գյուղամեջ, չէր շփվի գյուղացիների հետ, ցուցադրաբար չէր կատարի իրեն տրված հանձնարարությունը: Նա, գյուղապետի պատմելով, մտել է խանութ, փորձել է հաց գնել, տեսել է մոտը փող չկա, գյուղից Աեյրան անունով տղամարդը տվել է հացի փողը: Այնուհետեւ այդ մարդը ներկայացել է Կարենի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, ու սուտը բռնվել է, երբ Մատաղիսի զորամասի հրամանատարական կազմից մարդիկ են եկել ու չեն ճանաչել իրեն: Սարատակցիները կասկածելի անձնավորությանը հանձնել են ոստիկանությանը:

Գյուղապետի ասելով՝ նա խոսում էր Շիրակի բարբառով: Մենք փորձեցինք կապվել Աեյրան անունով տղամարդու հետ, սակայն նրա հեռախոսն անջատված էր: Իսկ Սարատակում կասկածները փարատված չեն, որ ոստիկաններին հանձնված թափառաշրջիկը լրտես է: Ըստ գյուղացիների՝ եթե նա թափառաշրջիկ բոմժ լիներ, ապա նրա մոտ 2000 դոլարանոց հեռախոս չէր լինի: Ընդ որում, նրա հետ շփված տղամարդիկ, որոնք լսել են, թե ինչպես է վերջինս վարկաբեկում Հայոց բանակն ու պետությունը, տեսել են ադրբեջանական հեռախոսահամարներ նրա հեռախոսում: Գյուղացիներից մեկը մեզ պատմեց, որ երբ ոստիկանություն են կանչել, այդ մարդը փորձել է փախուստի դիմել, սակայն ոստիկանները շրջափակել են ու տարել: Ոստիկանությունից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ այս հարցով իրենք չեն զբաղվում: Այդուհանդերձ, իրավապահ համակարգից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ նա ենթասպա է՝ Մատաղիսից է, մարդկանց մոտ վստահություն ձեռք բերելու ու այս օրերին հաց ուտելու համար ներկայացել է հրամանատարի տեղակալ:

Կասկածելի հեռախոսահամարն էլ եղել է Ղազախստանի կոդով, ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի: Նշենք, որ այդ թափառաշրջիկը դեռ ազատ արձակված չէ, իրավապահների հսկողության տակ է, թեև ոչ ԱԱԾ-ի, ոչ էլ ոստիկանության լրատվության բաժնից մեզ չհաջողվեց հստակ պատասխան ստանալ. ԱԱԾ-ից փոխանցեցին, որ իրենք չեն զբաղվում այս հարցով, ոստիկանությունից էլ նույն պատասխանը ստացանք»,-գրում է թերթը:
