Սփյուռքի նախարարությունն իրեն դիմած 3500 սիրիահայից 2500–ի համար է աշխատանք գտել

Սիրիական հակամարտության սկզբից մինչ այսօր Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել շուրջ 25 հազար սիրիահայ: 2017 թ. դրությամբ Հայաստանում բնակվում է 22 հազար սիրիահայ, մոտ՝ 5 հազար ընտանիք: Հայաստանից սիրիահայերի՝ այլ երկրներ տեղափոխվելու միտումն ակտիվ չէ: Մի քանի տասնյակ ընտանիք տարբեր ճանապարհներով տեղափոխվել է այլ երկրներ, հատկապես` Շվեդիա և Կանադա: Այս երկրներ մեկնածների մեծ մասը տեղափոխվել է Լիբանանից: Այս մասին Past.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացնում են Սփյուռքի նախարարության՝ Մերձավոր և Միջին Արևելքի հայ համայնքների վարչությունից:
 
Հարցման պատասխանից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Հայաստանում հաստատված 22 հազար սիրիահայից 2012–2016 թթ. միայն 3 հազար 500–ից ավելինն է դիմել Սփյուռքի նախարարություն՝ աշխատանքի ապահովման խնդրանքով: Նախարարության համակարգմամբ պետական կառույցների, զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության, հայաստանյան մոտ 200 կազմակերպությունների և անհատների հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում շուրջ 2 հազար 500 սիրիահայ ապահովվել է աշխատանքով: Շուրջ 500 սիրիահայեր աշխատանք են ձեռք բերել սիրիահայերի կողմից ստեղծված բիզնեսներում: Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանում հաստատված սիրիահայերի հիմնական զբաղմունքին, ապա դրանք են արհեստագործությունը, ոսկերչությունը, արծաթագործությունը, ասեղնագործությունը, դերձակությունը, խոհարարությունն ու գործարարությունը: Սակայն կան նաև բժիշկներ ու մանկավարժներ, որոնց մի մասը աշխատում է պետական ոլորտում:
 
Past.am-ի այն հարցին, թե այստեղ աշխատանք չգտնող սիրիահայերի համար անվճար վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ կազմակերպվո՞ւմ են, նախարարությունից հայտնել են, որ 2012–16 թթ. ընթացքում կազմակերպվել են մասնագիտական վերապատրաստումների դասընթացներ՝ հիմնականում տնտեսագետների, հաշվապահների, գործարարների և բժիշկների համար:
 
«ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ–ի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրի շրջանակներում շուրջ 500 սիրիահայերի համար կազմակերպվել են դասընթացներ՝ ՀՀ մաքսային և հարկային օրենսդրության վերաբերյալ: ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի հետ համատեղ կազմակերպվել է մեկամսյա դասընթաց սիրիահայ 40–ից ավելի հաշվապահների, տնտեսագետների, բանկային գործի մասնագետների համար»,– ասված է հարցման պատասխանի մեջ:
 
Հարցին էլ, թե գոյություն ունի՞ Հայաստան ժամանող սիրիահայ ընտանիքին տրվող միանվագ կամ երկարաժամկետ ֆինանսական օգնություն, պատասխանել են, որ այդ ընտանիքների համար միանվագ ֆինանսական աջակցություն գոյություն չունի, սակայն 2012–16 թթ. ընթացքում բնակվարձի փոխհատուցում է ստացել 2 հազար 200–ից ավելի ընտանիք, 144 սիրիահայ տեղավորվել է ՀՀ ՏԿԶՆ Միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության հատուկ կացարանում և հանրակացաններում, 160 ընտանիք՝ անհատ բարերարների բնակարաններում, ևս 44 ընտանիք էլ՝ Հայ Կաթողիկե եկեղեցու հյուրատանը:
 
Հստակեցմանը, թե վերջին հինգ տարիներին նախարարությունը սիրիահայերի՝ Հայաստանում հաստատվելու համար որքա՞ն գումար է ծախսել, Մերձավոր և Միջին Արևելքի հայ համայնքների վարչությունից պատասխանել են, որ նախարարությունն այդ ընթացքում ծախսել է ինտեգրման ծրագրի շրջանակներում կառավարության կողմից հատկացվող գումարները: Վարչությունից նաև տեղեկացնում են, որ ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, այնպես էլ 2017 թ. Սփյուռքի նախարարությանը յուրաքանչյուր տարի հատկացվել է 11 միլիոն դրամ: Նշվում է, որ Հայաստանում հաստատված սիրիահայերի աջակցության ծրագրերը իրականացվել են նախարարության համակարգմամբ՝ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի միջոցների, ինչպես նաև հասարակական, բարեգործական ու միջազգային կառույցների ֆինանսական հատկացումների հաշվին:
