«Հայաստան կժամանի Իրանի առաջին փոխնախագահ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրին։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Ջահանգիրին Հայաստանում կլինի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հոկտեմբերի 15-ին։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Ջահանգիրին Երևան կժամանի բավականին լայն և ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակությամբ՝ բաղկացած 50-60 պաշտոնյաներից և գործարարներից։ Ի թիվս մի շարք պաշտոնական հանդիպումների, մեր տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Իրանի փոխնախագահը ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ կմասնակցի Հայ-իրանական ֆորումին։ Թեև, ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, չի բացառվում, որ այցի հետ կապված փոփոխություններ ևս լինեն, քանի որ այն վերջնականապես հաստատված չէ։

 Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր ՀՀ՝ում ԻԻՀ նախկին դեսպան Մոհամմաղ Ռեիսին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ ԻԻՀ կատարած այցին ի պատասխան է Իրանի փոխանախագահը ժամանելու Երևան։ «Այդ այցը, իհարկե, կարևոր նշանակություն կունենա երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների բարելավման համար։ Իրանի փոխնախագահ Ջահանգիրիի այցի ընթացքում նախ և առաջ՝ քննարկվելու է Հայաստան– Իրան բարձրավոլտ էլեկւորահաղորդման 3-րդ գծի կառուցման հարցը։ Այդ նախագիծը բավական լուրջ ներդրումների կարիք ունի։ Թերևս տեղյակ եք, որ Իրանի ֆինանսական կարողությունները դեռևս սառեցված են, և ժամանակ է հարկավոր, որպեսզի այդ գումարներն ամբողջովին ապասառեցվեն։ Իրանի նպատակն է՝ կյանքի կոչել այն նախագծերը, որոնք ստորագրվել են Հայաստանի հետ»,– ասել էր Ռեիսին՝ կարևորելով այցը հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների համար Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ միջազգային համաձայնության ֆոնին»,–գրում է թերթը։
