Աշխատանքում եւ անձնական կյանքում հնարավոր ցնցումները, մտերիմների կողմից քննադատական նկատողությունները, ամսագրերի ֆոտոմոդելների հմայքը եւ շատ այլ պատճառներ կարող են բացասաբար անդրադառնալ կնոջ ինքնագնահատականի վրա: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս պայքարել այս ամենի դեմ եւ վերականգնել երբեմնի ինքնավստահությունը: Հոգեբան Արմեն Հովսեփյանը պնդում է, որ կորցրած ինքնագնահատականը կինը, իհարկե, կարող է վերադարձնել:
«Փորձեք մտաբերել ձեր բոլոր լավագույն որակներն ու արժանիքները: Գրանցեք դրանք՝ հերթականությամբ թվարկելով թղթի վրա: Նաեւ փորձեք հիշել ձեր կյանքից իրավիճակներ, երբ հաջողվել է հաղթանակած դուրս գալ բարդ իրադրություններից: Թեկուզ ամենաանշան հաղթանակները: Նորից եւ նորից կարդացեք այդ ամենը եւ կրկնեք ինքներդ ձեզ: Այս միջոցը կարող է թվալ անհնարին եւ պարզ, բայց այն անպայման կարտացոլվի ձեր ենթագիտակցության մեջ եւ կօգնի բարձրացնել ձեր ինքնագնահատականը:
Կնոջ ինքնագնահատականը բարձրացնելու լավ միջոց կարող է լինել արտաքին տեսքի կտրուկ փոփոխությունը դեպի լավը: Աշխատեք ձեր արտաքինի ուղղությամբ, արմատապես փոխեք իմիջը, թարմացրեք զգեստապահարանը, զբաղվեք ֆիթնեսով եւ առավոտյան վազքով, եթե ավելորդ կիլոգրամներ ունեք՝ դիետա սկսեք:
