Բաժանումից հետո առաջին օրերն ամենից դժվարն են: Այդ շրջանում ցանկանում ես արտասվել, դուրս նետել բոլոր բացասական զգացմունքները: Ինչպե՞ս հաղթահարել սիրելիի հետ բաժանման դժվարությունը: Այդ մասին կպատմի հոգեբան Անի Առուստամյանը:

«Որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա, բայց դեպրեսիան հաղթահարելու հարցում կօգնի համացանցը: Դա այն դեպքում, եթե ծանոթներից ոչ մեկի հետ չեք ցանկանում կիսել ձեր ցավը: Համացանցում կարող եք գտնել կայքեր, որտեղ այլ կանայք են շփվում, նրանք կօգնեն խորհուրդներով եւ ձեզ հեռավորության վրա կպահեն:

Եթե դուք ինչ-որ մեկի հետ ապրել եք ավելի քան 5 տարի, ապա նրա բացակայությունն առավել սուր կզգաք: Ցանկալի է, որ առաջին օրերին ձեր կողքին մտերիմներից որեւէ մեկը լինի, ով կլսի ձեզ, կօգնի հանգստանալ: Ոչ մի դեպքում միայնակ մի մնացեք, հակառակ դեպքում դեպրեսիան չափազանց երկար կտեւի: Եվ մի զանգեք նրան, այդպես միայն կթունավորեք ձեզ: Զանգահարեք որեւէ ընկերոջ եւ պայմանավորվեք գնալ պարասրահ, կինո, թատրոն կամ ընկերուհիների հետ ուրախ խմբով երեկույթ կազմակերպեք: Եթե ծանոթներից ոչ մեկը չի ստանձնում երեկույթ կազմակերպելու պարտականությունը, ինքներդ զբաղվեք դրանով: Այդ կերպ որոշ ժամանակ ամբողջությամբ կմոռանաք ձեր վիշտը:

Կյանքը սկսեք մաքուր էջից: Հնարավոր է՝ երբ նրա հետ էիք, ձեր ինչ-որ ցանկություններ ու երազանքներ չէիք կարողանում իրականացնել: Ինչպե՞ս ավելի դյուրին հաղթահարել բաժանումը: Եկել է գործնականում ցանկություններն իրականացնելու եւ անցած հարաբերությունները մոռանալու ժամանակը: Ծանոթներին առաջարկեք գնալ քաղաքից կամ նույնիսկ երկրից դուրս: Նոր տպավորություններն ավելի հեշտ կօգնեն խլացնել ընկերոջ հետ բաժանումը կամ ամուսնու հետ ապահարզանը: Հնարավոր է՝ այդ ուղեւորության ընթացքում, բացի նոր տպավորություններից, ձեզ նաեւ հեռանկարային ծանոթություններ են սպասում:

Նրա իրերը տվեք կարիքավորներին: Եթե դրանք մնացել են ձեզ մոտ: Շպրտեք լուսանկարներն ու այլ մանրուքներ, որոնք նրան են հիշեցնում: Ձեր շուրջը չպետք է լինի ոչինչ, որը կարող է ասոցացվել նախկին սիրելիի հետ:
