ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկն ընդլայնում է իրականացվող դասընթացների ոլորտները

ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի նախաձեռնությամբ կայացավ «Ադապտիվ առաջնորդություն» թեմայով դասընթաց, որին մասնակցեցին ավելի քան 30 ՓՄՁ-ների ղեկավարներ:
«Այս միջոցառման նպատակն է մասնակիցներին առաջարկել առաջնորդման նոր մոտեցում, որի հիմքում ընկած է «դիտարկել, մեկնաբանել և գործել» համակարգը»,- իր մեկնաբանության մեջ նշեց դասընթացի բանախոս, Հարվարդի համալսարանի Քենեդու կառավարման դպրոցի շրջանավարտ, ՀՀ Կենտրոնական Բանկի Դիլիջանի ուսումնահետազոտական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Հայաստանում Ամերիկյան Համալսարանի դասախոս Մարտին Գալստյանն և հավելեց, որ հիմնական նպատակը ոչ այնքան տեղեկատվության տրամադրումն է, այլ մասնակիցների մտածողության փոփոխությունը:
Դասընթացին ներկայացվեցին առաջնորդության տարբեր դպրոցների մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաև խոսվեց ոլորտի վերջին զարգացումների մասին: Այն ավարտվեց քննարկումներով ու գործնական աշխատանքով:
