 Հայաստանում մելանոմայի հիվանդացության աճ է գրանցվել: 2005 թվականին արձանագրվել է մելանոմիայի հայտնաբերման 361 դեպք, 2010-ին՝ շուրջ 400, իսկ 2016-ին՝ 502: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մաշկաբանության և սեռավարակաբանության բժշկագիտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Միքայել ՍահակյանÕ ¨ նշեց, որ սրանք բավական ահազանգող տվյալներ են:

«Մելանոման մաշկի գույն արտադրող պիգմենտների՝ մելանոցիդների ուռուցքային պրոցես է: Այդ բջիջները, բացի մաշկից, կարող են տեղակայված լինել նաև լորձաթաղանթների, բերանի խոռոչի, միզասեռական համակարգում, հատկապես արգանդում, բարակ աղիներում, աչքի ցանցաթաղանթում, բբի մեջ: Սա բավական տհաճ, մեծ մասամբ առանց կլինիկական նշանի ընթացքի ծանր հիվանդություն է, որի առաջին փուլում` վաղ ախտորոշման դեպքում, բարեբախտաբար, կարող է բուժվել 95-98 տոկոսով»,- ասաց Միքայել Սահակյանն` ընդգծելով, որ ուշացած դեպքերում ապրելիությունը նվազում է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է համաշխարհային վիճակագրական տվյալներին՝ մասնագետը նշեց, որ ԱՀԿ տվյալներով ամբողջ աշխարհում ախտորոշվում է տարեկան 200 հազար մելանոմայով հիվանդների նոր դեպք, իսկ մահացության դեպքերը հասնում է 65 հազարի, այսինքն` մոտ 32 տոկոս:

Միքայել Սահակյանի փոխանցմամբ, խալերի 30 տոկոսն է դառնում մելանոմա: Մելանոմայի համար բացարձակ պարտադիր չէ մաշկի վրա խալի առկայությունը, այն կարող է առաջանալ ուղղակի մաքուր մաշկի վրա:

«Մելանոմայի առաջացման ամենաառաջին ռիսկի գործոնը ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներն են: Մաշկի, մազերի ու աչքերի բաց գույն ունեցող մարդիկ այդ տեսանկյունից ռիսկային են համարվում, ավելի խոցելի են հիսունից բարձր տարիքի մարդիկ: Ի դեպ, սոլիարիները 70 տոկոսով բարձրացնում են մելանոմայի վտանգը»,-ասաց  նա:

Անդրադառնալով մայիսի 20-ին ԱՆ «Մաշկաբանության և սեռվարակաբանության բժշկագիտական կենտրոնի» իրականացրած մելանոմայի վաղ ախտորոշման հետազոտման ակցիային, կենտրոնի տնօրենը նշեց, որ այդ օրը հետազոտման էր եկել ընդամենը 18 հոգի:

«Միգուցե օրվա մասին անտեղյակությունն էր կամ ուղղակի անտարբերությունը, որ հետազոտման այսքան քիչ թվով մարդ եկավ: Ասեմ, որ 18 այցելուից 7-ին կատարվել է  ամենաժամանակակից հետազոտությունը՝ դերմատոսկոպիա, որը թույլ է տալիս մաշկի, ենթամաշկի մակարդակում հստակ պատկերացնել, թե ինչ պրոցեսներ են ընթանում: Այդ 7 այցելուից  1-ի մոտ մելանոմայի վտանգ է հայտնաբերվել և խորհուրդ է տրվել դիմել Ուռուցքաբանության ինստիտուտ»,-ասաց Միքայել  Սահակյանը:

ՀՀ ԱՆ «Մաշկաբանության և սեռավարակաբանության բժշկագիտական կենտրոն»-ի մաշկային բաժանմունքի վարիչ Գևորգ Շաքարյանն էլ, խոսելով մելանոմայի առաջին նշաններից, նշեց, որ դրանք մի քանիսն են:

 «Նշաններից են, երբ մի հատված տարբերվում է մյուսից, խալի եզրերի անհամաչափությունն ու գույնը, 6 մմ-ից բարձր լինելը, փոքրանալը, թեփոտելը, քոր գալը, և այլն: Եթե այս նախանշանները կան, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ մելանոմա է, պարզապես դրանք պետք է համարել ահազանգ ու դիմել բժշկի»,-ասաց նա:

Մասնագետները ամռանն ընդառաջ խորհուրդ տվեցին արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների տակ չգտնվել, ծովափնյա հանգստի ժամանակ օգտագործել արևապաշտպան քսուքներ, լողալ մինչև առավոտյան ժամը 10:00-ն կամ 16:00-ից հետո:
