Ուշադրություն`մայրիկներին. Լացող երեխային պետք չէ անմիջապես հանգստացնել

Գիտնականները մանկաբույժների հետ համատեղ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզել են, որ լացը դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում երեխայի առողջության վրա, այդ իսկ պատճառով ծնողները չպետք է շտապեն դադարեցնել «ականջ սղոցող» այդ ձայնը:
Եթե երեխային հնարավորություն եք տալիս լացի միջոցով լիցքաթափվել, ապա կարող եք վստահ լինել, որ նրա գիշերային հանգիստ քունն ապահովված է: Այս ամենին հակառակ` մասնագետներն ամենևին էլ կոչ չեն անում ծնողներին ընդհանրապես անտեսել լացող երեխային, պարզապես հարկավոր չէ նրան միանգամից հանգստացնել. պետք է մի որոշ ժամանակ թույլ տալ նրան լիցքաթափվել:
Մասնագետները նշում են, որ երեխային պետք է թույլ տալ լացել 5 րոպեից ոչ ավելի, որից հետո անհրաժեշտ է նրան հանգստացնել: Այնուհետև այդ ժանամակահատվածն անհրաժեշտ է աստիճանաբար երկարաձգել՝ հասցնելով 20 րոպեի:
