Պատրաստման եղանակը
- Նախ՝ հարկավոր է լվանալ բողկն ու ելակը, ապա՝ քամել նարնջի հյութը։
- Բլենդերում հարեք բողկն ու ելակը, ապա ստացվածը խառնեք ջրի և նարնջի հյութի հետ։
Նպաստում է քաշի նվազմանը։ Բողկը հրաշալի հավելում է սննդակարգին, որը միտված է ավելորդ քաշից առողջ ազատվելուն։ Այն գրեթե ածխաջրեր չի պարունակում, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հարուստ է բջջանյութով, վիտամին C-ով, կալիումով, կալցիումով և մագնեզիումով։ Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս բողկ օգտագործել, քանի որ այն նպաստում է քաշի նվազեցմանը՝ կարգավորելով նյութափոխանակությունը։

- Լավ լվացեք բողկն ու գազարը։
- Բլենդերում հարեք բանջարեղենը, ավելացրեք ջուրը։
Հոգ է տանում մաշկի առողջության մասին։ Բողկը պարունակում է վիտամին C, ֆոսֆոր, ցինկ, B խմբի վիտամիններ, որոնք հարկավոր են մաշկի առողջության համար։ Բողկի թուրմը կօգնի պահպանել մաշկի խոնավությունը։
Ամրացնում է իմունային համակարգը։ Բողկի ամենակարևոր հատկություններից մեկն այն է, որ այն ամրացնում է իմունային համակարգը, քանի որ վիտամին C և հակաօքսիդանտներ է պարունակում։ Բացի այդ՝ բողկը կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունը՝ նպաստելով կոլագենի սինթեզմանը։
