«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արարատի մարզի Դիտակ գյուղի գյուղացիները մամուլով դիմել են վարչապետին, որ նա լուծի իրենց խմելու ջրի խնդիրը: Ըստ գյուղացիների՝ ՀՀԿ–ական Հակոբ Հակոբյանը՝ Կիլիկիայի Հակոբ, մի քանի տարի է՝ գյուղացիներին զրկել է ամռան շոգին խմելու ջրից, քանի որ գյուղի ջուրը տանում է իր, Նուբարաշենի տարածքի թռչնաֆաբրիկա, ու ջուրը գյուղ չի հասնում: Պարզվեց, որ այն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:

«Նախանցած տարի 3 կմ 100 մմ տրամագծով խողոված եմ նվիրել գյուղին, ջուր եմ քաշել իրանց համար առանձին, որ ընդհանրապես թռչնանոցի հետ որևէ կապ չունի: Կարող եք գալ, տեսնել»,– «Փաստի» հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց նախկին պատգամավորը: Մեր հարցին, թե այդ դեպքում ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ գյուղացիները ջուր չունեն, ասաց. «Ունեն, թե չունեն, դա ես չեմ կարող ասել: Ես չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչն է պատճառը: Ինչ կապ ունի՝ թռչնանոց կա էնտեղ, թե չկա: Էդ էլ իմ լավությո՞ւնը, որ ես իրանց էդքան օգնեցի»:

Հիշեցրինք, որ գյուղացիները դիմել են վարչապետին՝ իրենց ջրի խնդիրը լուծելու համար: «Թող վարչապետը լուծի էդ հարցը, թող կանչի ջրային տնտեսությանը, ասի՝ ով որ մեղավոր ա, բերեք գնդակահարենք: Եթե ես եմ մեղավոր, պատրաստ եմ գնդակահարվել»:


Հ. Գ. Երբ նյութը պատրաստ էր տպագրության, Դիտակ գյուղի համայնքապետը մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը ոչ մի կապ չունի խմելու ջուր չլինելու հետ, և նաև ավելացրեց, թե ջուրն արդեն տվել են:
