Պլաստիկ վիրաբուժությունն ու ստոմատոլոգիան Հայաստանում առկա բժշկական տուրիզմի հիմնական ճյուղերն են

Այսօր բժշկական տուրիզմը Հայաստանում զարգացման ի՞նչ մակարդակում է գտնվում և առհասարակ բժշկական տուրիզմի ո՞ր ճյուղն է Հայաստանում առավել առաջատար փորձել ենք պարզել Առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
 
Սրա վերաբերյալ Past.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան Առողջապահության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Անահիտ Հայթայանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում բժշկական տուրիզմը ձևավորման փուլում է և ներկայում գործող օրենսդրական կարգավորումներ չկան, հիմնականում գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է ինքնաբուխ: Հայաստանյան բժշկական տուրիզմի ոլորտներից հեռանկարային են համարվում ստոմատոլոգիան, պլաստիկ վիրաբուժությունն ու արյունաբանությունը:
 
Հարցին, թե բժշկական տուրիզմի զարգացման խթանման համար ի՞նչ նոր ծրագրեր է պատրաստվում իրականացնել նախարարությունը կամ մինչ այս ի՞նչ է իրականացվել, մեզ պատասխանել են, որ բժշկական տուրիզմի զարգացման ծրագիրը դեռևս մշակման փուլում է:
 
«Առողջապահության նախարարությունը առաջիկա տարիներին նախատեսում է բժշկական տուրիզմի զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացում, մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ–ում նեղ մասնագիտական ծառայությունների զարգացման ազգային ծրագերի մշակում, պլաստիկ վիրաբուժության, ստոմատոլոգիական, վերականգնողական, արյունաբանական ծառայություններ մատուցող կազմակերպությունների շտեմարանների ստեղծում և իրազեկման ապահովում»,– գրված է հարցման պատասխանի մեջ:
 
Դիտարկմանը, թե հարևան Վրաստանը առողջապահության ոլորտում բավական մատչելի գներ է առաջարկում և արդյո՞ք հնարավոր է, որ Հայաստանը նույնպես որոշ ժամանակ անց կարողանա հավասարվել նրան կամ նույնիսկ ավելի մատչելի բուժօգնություն տրամադրել, նախարարությունից տեղեկացրել են, որ ներկայում առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից վերանայվում են բժշկական ծառայությունների գնագոյացման սկզբունքներն ու մեխանիզմները, ինչպես նաև նախատեսվում է ծառայությունների գների հաշվարկման մեթոդաբանության մշակում, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռնի առաջիկա տարիներին ձևավորել բժշկատնտեսագիտական ստանդարտների վրա հիմնված ծառայությունների գներ:
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, թե առավելապես ո՞ր երկրների քաղաքացիների համար է նպատակահարմար Հայաստանում բուժօգնություն ստանալը, ապա ըստ առողջապահության նախարարի մամլո քարտուղարի՝ Հայաստանում բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում ստանալու համար աշխարհագրական առումով որևէ սահմանափակում չկա: «Սակայն, համաձայն փորձագիտական գնահատականների՝ Հայաստան բուժման նպատակով հիմնականում այցելում են մեր երկրի հետ առավել ակտիվ սոցիալ–տնտեսական կապեր ունեցող պետությունների քաղաքացիները»,– կարդում ենք հարցման պատասխան–նամակում:
 
Հավելենք միայն, որ բժշկական տուրիզմի զարգացման նպատակով շտեմարանների ստեղծման գործընթացին զուգահեռ նախատեսվում է ստեղծել ՀՀ–ում բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում ստացած օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների ռեգիստր, որտեղ կհավաքագրվի նրանց վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը:
