«Ելքը» հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել գլխավոր դատախազին

Երեկ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին մի գործով, որը կոչվում է «Զիբիլիկս»:
 
Ինչպես հայտնի է, մայիսի 12–ին դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչները Կոմիտաս 56 հասցեում տեղակայված Տարոն Մարգարյանի ընտրական շտաբից ոչ հեռու գտնվող աղբարկղում հայտնաբերել էին շտաբի հավաքարարի կողմից դեն նետված փաստաթղթերով լի տոպրակ: Պարզվել էր, որ տոպրակում առկա պատառոտված և ճմրթված փաստաթղթերը ՀՀԿ շտաբի կողմից ընտրակաշառքի բաժանման գործընթացի կազմակերպման նպատակով մշակված նյութերն են:
 
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից գլխավոր դատախազին հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ Past.am-ը զրուցել է «Ելք» դաշինքի Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Դավիթ Խաժակյանի հետ:
 
– Դավիթ, արդյո՞ք «Ելքը» հավատում է մեր իրավապահ համակարգի ազնվությանը, արդար գործելաոճին և կարծում, որ դատախազությունը այս գործին ընթացք կտա: Առհասարակ, ըստ Ձեզ նման հաղորդում տալու մասին որոշումը ինչպիսի՞ արձագանք կարող է ստանալ պատկան մարմիններից:
 
– «Ելք» դաշինքը վստահ է իր ներկայացրած փաստերի հիմնավորվածության մեջ և վստահ է, որ վարույթի ընթացքում մատնանշված հանգամանքները հեշտորեն կբացահայտվեն, եթե դատախազությունը գործի դնի օրենքով իրեն վերապահված լծակները: Բնականաբար չենք բացառում, որ դատախազությունը կարող է անտեսել, փորձել քողարկել այդ ընտրախախտումները, սակայն մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու և թույլ չենք տալու, որ որևէ հանգամանք քողարկված մնա: Արձագանքի վերաբերյալ չեմ ցանկանա կանխատեսումներ անել, միայն կասեմ, որ եթե կարողանանք հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել այս գործը, ապա հանցագործության բացահայտումը ժամանակի խնդիր կդառնա:
 
– Դուք Ձեր այս քայլով ավելի շատ ցանկանում եք արդյո՞ւնքի հասնել՝ մեղավորներին գտնելով ու պատժելով, թե՞ առավել կարևոր է, որ հանրությունը տեսնի, որ երկրում դեռևս կարող են արդարացի որոշումներ կայացվել:
 
– Մենք այս գործընթացը չենք սկսել սպորտային հետաքրքրությունից ելնելով, այլ ցանկանում ենք բացահայտել ընտրակաշառքի շղթան, դրանում ներգրավված անձանց և պատժելով վերջիններիս՝ ինչ–որ չափով կանխարգելել հետագա նման հանցանքները: Ձեր այս հարցադրման երկրորդ մասը ևս շատ կարևոր շեշտադրում ունի, և իրապես յուրաքանչյուր նման գործ քննելիս դատախազությանը հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում հանրությանն ասելու, որ արդարացի որոշումների ունակ կառույց է:
