Մարսելում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված հուշարձան է բացվել

Մարսելի պատմական Ֆարո պալատի այգում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների շրջանակներում հոկտեմբերի 8-ին տեղի ունեցել Վիգեն Ավետիսի «Հայոց Մայր» բրոնզե հուշարձանի բացումը:
Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Մարսել-Պրովանս-Մետրոպոլ համայնքի նախագահ-պատգամավոր Գի Տեսիեն, Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վալերի Բուայեն, Մարսելի փոխքաղաքապետ Դիդիե Փարաքյանը, Մարսելում ՀՀ հյուպատոս Սամվել Լալայանը, Ֆրանսիայում Արցախի ներկայացուցիչ Հովհաննես Գևորգյանը, քանդակագործ Վիգեն Ավետիսը, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների, ֆրանսիական և հայկական կազմակերպությունների նախագահներ, հայ համայնքի բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ, օտարերկրյա հյուրեր, լրագրողներ:
Գի Տեսիեն իր բացման խոսքում նշել է, որ արձանի ցուցադրությունը ոգեշնչող է, որի նպատակը Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը վառ պահելն ու գալիք սերունդներին իրազեկելն է 1915թ. հայերի հանդեպ տեղի ունեցած Ցեղասպանության մասին:
Նա անդրադարձել է նաև հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերություններին, հայ համայնքի ու տեղական իշխանությունների արդյունավետ ու բազմածավալ աշխատանքներին` հայանպաստ բազմաթիվ միջոցառումների անցկացման գործում:
Մարսելում ՀՀ հյուպատոս Սամվել Լալայանն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Մարսել-Պրովանս-Մետրոպոլ համայնքի նախագահ-պատգամավոր Գի Տեսիեին` վերջինիս` Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտողականության դեմ պայքարում հետևողական գործունեության համար, բոլոր մարսելցիներին, ինչպես նաև ողջ ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի ոգեկոչման և հիշատակի միջոցառումները հավուր պատշաճի անցկացնելու համար` նշելով, որ Հայաստանում առանձնակի բարձր են գնահատում Ֆրանսիայի դերակատարությունը Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործում:
Միջոցառման ավարտին կայացավ համերգ Ալեն Բաբուշյանի լարային քառյակի և լիոնցի օպերային երգիչ Պիեր Քապելայի մասնակցությամբ: Հնչեցին Կոմիտասի և արտասահմանյան կոմոզիտորների մի շարք ստեղծագործություններ:
Միջոցառումը լայնորեն լուսաբանվեց ֆրանսիական լրատվամիջոցներով:
