ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովներում ավարտվել են պետբյուջեի կատարման մասին տարեկան հաշվետվության քննարկումները

Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանի նախագահությամբ մայիսի 24-ին դրական եզրակացությամբ երաշխավորել է «ԼՂՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման մասին» տարեկան հաշվետվությունը՝ հունիս ամսվա լիագումար նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկելու համար: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Ֆինանսների նախարար Սպարտակ Թևոսյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել պատգամավորներին՝ շահագրգիռ քննարկումների և առաջադրած հարցերի համար:
Այսքանով` ավարտվել են նախորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի նախնական քննարկումները, ինչի կապակցությամբ ֆինանսների նախարար Սպարտակ Թևոսյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել պատգամավորներին՝ շահագրգիռ դիտարկումների և առաջադրած հարցերի համար:
Հանձնաժողովի օրակարգում առկա մյուս հարցը «Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2010-2012թթ.-ի ծրագրի կատարման մասին 2016թ.-ի տարեկան հաշվետվությունը հաստատելու մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքի նախագիծն է, որը ներկայացրել է կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Լևոն Գրիգորյանը:
Աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի խոսքով հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում մասնավորեցման նոր ծրագիր չի ընդունվել, ծրագրում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ չեն կատարվել:
Այս հաշվետվությունը ևս ԱԺ ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը դրական եզրակացությամբ առաջարկել է ընդգրկել ԱԺ հերթական լիագումար նիստի օրակարգ:
