7 թեթև ըմպելիքներ, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից

1.      Սալորի թուրմ։ Տարայի մեջ լցնել 100 գրամ սալոր և վրան ավելացնել 2 լիտր ջուր։ Մեկ շաբաթ հետո քամել այն։ Ամեն առավոտյան մեկ բաժակ խմել։ Սալորն օգնում է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել տոքսինները և արագացնում  է նիհարելու գործընթացը։ Սալորն իր մեջ ներառում է վիտամին А, կալիում, մագնեզիում և երկաթ։

2.      Դարչինով և մեղրով ըմպելիք։ Սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի 1 բաժակ ջրի մեջ լցնել 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղր, ապա ավելացնել 0.5 ճաշի գդալ դարչին ու այս ամենը լավ խառնել։ Ամեն առավոտյան մեկ բաժակ խմել։ Դարչինն օգնում է իջեցնել արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը, օգնում  նյութափոխանակությանը։ Իսկ շաքարը մեղրով փոխարինելը, ըստ գիտնականների, կօգնի  կանխել քաշի ավելացումը։

3.      Ցորենի թուրմ։ Տարրայի ¼ մասով լցնել ցորեն, մնացած մասն էլ ավելացնել ջուր և այն ծածկել մառլյայով։ 2 օր հետո քամել։ Պահպանել այն վայրում, որտեղ արևի ճառագայթները չեն ընկնում։  Ճաշից առաջ 150 գրամ խմել։

4.      Կիտրոնով և իմբիրով ըմպելիք։ Մեկ բաժակ ջրի մեջ լցնել ½ կիտրոն, ½ իմբիր  մանրացնել և լցնել բաժակի մեջ։ Այս ամենը խառնել։ Ամեն առավոտ մեկ բաժակ խմել։ Շատ դիետոլոգներ կարծում են, որ իմբիրը նիհարելու համար լավագույն միջոցն է, օգնում է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել  ավելորդ  հեղուկը։ Իսկ կիտրոնը խթանում է երիկամների աշխատանքին, օգնում է  տոքսինների դուրս բերմանը։

5.      Խատուտիկ։ 1 լիտր տարայի մեջ լցնել խատուտիկի գլուխներն առանց տերևների, ապա ավելացնել եռացրած ջուր ու 2 գդալ մեղր։ Դնել սառնարանի մեջ 4 ժամ։ Այն մառլյայով անցկացնել։ Թեյի փոխարեն խմել ասյ ըմպելիքը։

6.      Արքայախնձորի հյութ։ Արաքայախնձորն անցկացնել հյութամզիչ գործիքով։ Այն օրգանիզմին կտա վիտամին С, կօգնի դուրս բերել ավելորդ հեղուկը օրգանիզմից։ Չէ՞ որ, հաճախ ավելորդ հեղուկը կարող է քաշի ավելացման պատճառ դառնալ։

7.      Սասիի ջուր։ 2լիտր  ջրի մեջ լցնել  անանուխի 10 տերև, ապա 1 թեյի գդալ մանրացված կոճապղպեղ, բարակ շերտերով կտրտած 1 կիտրոն, մաքրած և մանր կտրտած 1 վարունգ։ Թողնել սառնարանում 15 ժամ։ Այն  խմել օրական 8 բաժակ: Այն  կբարելավի մարսողությունը, կնվազեցնի փքվածությունը ու կօգնի պայքարել փորկապության դեմ:
