Նույնիսկ ամենաթանկարժեք քսուքը չի ազատի «նարնջի կեղևից»: Նման քսուքներ գնելու փոխարեն, ավելի լավ է մարզասրահ գնացեք ու փորձեք առողջ կյանքով ապրել: Մոռացեք արագ սննդի ու յուղոտ ուտեստների մասին և կազատվեք ցելյուլիտից:

Մի հավատացեք գովազդին, քանի որ ճյուղավորված վարսերից ազատվելու լավագույն տարբերակը դրանք կտրելն է:
5. Դիմակներ, սկրաբներ ու քսուքներ ոտքերի համար:
Կարիք չկա այս միջոցների համար գումար վատնել, քանի որ ոտքերի մաշկը փափկեցնելու համար համապատասխանում են սովորական քսուքները, իսկ մաշկը խնամելու համար օգտագործեք մարմնի սովորական սկրաբ:
