Զինվորական դատախազը «չի կարողացել ճշտել» ընտրատեղամասում զինվորներին ուղղորդողին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2017 թ. ապրիլի 2–ի ՀՀ ԱԺ ընտրությունների ընթացքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի թիվ 20/53 տեղամասում «Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչն արձանագրել էր, որ անհայտ անձը մի խումբ զինծառայողների ուղեկցել է քվեարկության սենյակ և շարունակել գտնվել քվեարկության սենյակում, ապա տեղամասի շրջակայքում: Դիտորդը նախ պահանջել է միջադեպն արձանագրել տեղամասի գրանցամատյանում, ապա ոստիկանների միջոցով երեք անգամ դուրս հրավիրել վերոնշյալ անձին: Դիտորդի փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջինս և նրանից հետո տեղամաս այցելած մեկ այլ անձ գրառումներ են արել իրենց մոտ և բարձրաձայն անվանակոչել զինծառայողներին:
Նույն օրը «Անկախ դիտորդ» դաշինքի անդամ ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի կողմից հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում էր ներկայացվել, սակայն ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ 5–րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Գ. Ավետիսյանը քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժել է՝ հանցագործության դեպքի բացակայության հիմքով: Ընդ որում՝ որոշմամբ նշվել է, թե զինծառայողների և նրանց ուղեկցած հրամանատարական կազմի կողմից ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացման, ընտրողների ազատ կամարտահայտման, հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի խոչընդոտման կամ քվեարկության գաղտնիության խախտման դեպքեր չեն եղել:
Իսկ ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի բողոքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ Վ. Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ ընտրատեղամաս եկած անձանց տվյալները ճշտելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներն արդյունք չեն տվել, անձի ինքնությունը ճշտել չի հաջողվել:
