Բոլոր դեպքերում ինչքա՜ն տաղանդավոր է Նիկոլը: Մտածեցի ինքս ինձ, երբ արդեն մի ժամի չափ շնչահեղձ էի լինում երթուղային տաքսու մեջ: Հուսահատության գազելներ. ինչքան դիպուկ է ասված: Կարծես ինձ համար է ասված ու այսօրվա համար է ասված:
 
Գիշերն անձրև էր եկել, առավոտյան ողջ քաղաքը խցանումների մեջ էր: Աշխատող կամ աշխատանքի շտապող մարդիկ էլ` երթուղայինների մեջ: Իմ բախտը բերեց. նստած էի: Բայց առջևս, թիկունքիս, կողքերիս մարդիկ էին: Մի ոտքի վրա կանգնած, իրար վրա հենված, մեկը մեկին թիկունք, կամ հակառակը` մեկը մեկից վանվող:
 
Սա էր պատկերը երեկ առավոտվա:
 
Ի՞նչ մեղքս թաքցնեմ` որքան էլ կարեկցանք էի զգում գազելի մեջ գտնվող յուրաքանչյուր մարդու հանդեպ, այնուամենայնիվ մեկ–մեկ զգում էի, որ չարախնդում եմ նույն արդ մարդկանց վրա` դե, գնացեք ու հանրապետականին ձայն տվեք: Լավ էլ կարտոֆիլի պարկերի նման թափված եք իրար վրա:
 
Հիմա մի քիչ կողքից նայենք այս ամենին: Մեր քաղաքում ինչո՞ւ է այսպես: Անձրև է եկել, հո ձյո՞ւն չի, որ ասեք, թե անսպասելի եկավ: Պատրաստ չէինք ու փողոցները չկարողացանք հասցնել մաքրել: Սովորական անձրև է ` ջո՛ւր, ու Երևանի ողջ տրանսպորտային համակարգը կազմալուծված է, երթևեկությունը` կաթվածահար է: Ինչո՞ւ: Ո՞րն է պատճառը:
 
 
Բա ասում եք, որ քաղաքային տնտեսությունը հուսալի ձեռքերում է: Բա ասում եք, որ Երևան քաղաքի հրաշալի կառավարիչներ ունենք: Բա ասում եք դո՛ւք եք ամենալավ գործ անողները:
 
Հիմա` ոստիկանության մասին: Մեր ոստիկանության, որի թուրն աջ ու ձախ է կտրում: Բա նա չգիտի՞, որ ճանապարհային երթևեկությունը կարգավորելը ևս իր պարտականությունն է: Որ իր խնդիրը նախ և առաջ մարդկանց` երկրի քաղաքացիների բնականոն կյանքն ապահովելն է: Այդ ինչո՞ւ չի կարողանում խցանումները վերացնել: Ինչո՞ւ նրա համապատասխան աշխատակիցներին այդ ճանապարհների վրա չտեսանք: Անձրև էր` կթրջվեի՞ն:
 
Հո միայն ընդդիմության վրա հոխորտալը չէ կամ իշխանությանը դուր չեկած մարդկանց վրա գործ սարքելը:
 
Լա՛վ, հիմա` մեր վարչապետին: Պարո՛ն վարչապետ, Դուք անկեղծորեն լծվել եք մեր տնտեսությունը վերականգնելու, այն էֆեկտիվ դարձնելու գործին: Ուզում եք կարգ ու կանոն մտցնել մեր աշխատանքային, տնտեսական հարաբերությունների մեջ: Կարո՞ղ եք մոտավորապես նշել, թե քանի մարդ ուշացավ այդ օրն աշխատանքից, և որքան էր դրա բացասական էֆեկտը տնտեսության վրա:
 
Ի վերջո, ամեն անձրևին եթե մեր տնտեսությունը բացասական էֆեկտ ունենա, ո՞ւր կհասնենք: Անձրև է` գալիս է: Հո Աստծուն չե՞նք ասի` մեզ անձրև պետք չէ, որովհետև մեր մեքենաները լռվում են փողոցներում, ու մարդիկ չեն կարողանում ժամանակին աշխատավայր հասնել:
