Հալեպում ընդհանուր իրավիճակը լավ է, քաղաքի վերականգնման աշխատանքները բնականոն հունով ընթանում են: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Սիրիայի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը նշեց, որ Հալեպի ազատագրումից հետո իրավիճակն ավելի լավ է, նախկին անապահովության վիճ ակը չկա:

«Հալեպում կրակոցներ չկան, երբեմն փոքր դեպքեր, անակնկալ ընդհարումներ լինում են, սակայն նախկին օրերի անապահով վիճակը չկա: Քաղաքում հանգիստ է»,-ասաց Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, ջրի խնդիրը, կարծես, չկա, առկա է բնական ջրամատակարարում: Քաղաքի էլեկտրականությունը բավական երկար ժամանակ անջատված էր, ժողովուրդն այս տարիների ընթացքում հոսանք էր գնում լուսավորություն ունենալու, անմիջական կարիքները հոգալու համար: Արդեն իշխանությունների ջանքերով օրական մի քանի ժամով հոսանք տրվում է: Քանի որ դա բավարար չէ, հետևաբար մադիկ դեռ շարունակում են կողքից էլեկտրաէներգիա գնել:

Հալեպում ճանապարհները հիմնականում բաց են, հատկապես քաղաքի ներսում: Քաղաքից դուրս ևս ճանապարհները բաց են, ինչ վերաբերում է անվտանգությանը, ապա ժամանակ առ ժամանակ դեպքեր, ընդհարումներ լինում են, դրանց պատճառով մի քանի ժամով երթևեկությունը դադարեցվում է, որպեսզի  այդ երևույթները կանխվեն: Ամեն դեպքում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, երթևեկություն կա:

Քաղաքում սննդամթերքի պակաս չկա, սակայն այս բոլորի կողքին կան տնտեսական դժվարություններ, եկամուտը սահմանափակ է, իսկ ծախսերը բազմապատկված են: Պատերազմի ընթացքում սիրիական արժույթի արժեզրկումը դարձել է ապրանքների թանկացման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը: Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը նշեց, որ դժվար թե կարճ ժամանակում ապրանքների գները նախկին մակարդակին վերադառնան, հետևաբար տնտեսական դժվարությունները դեռ կշարունակվեն:

«Դասերն արդեն ավարտվում են, առջևում քննություններ են, որից հետո մեկնարկում է արձակուրդի շրջանը: Ինչպես գիտեք, կրթական հաստատությունները նորոգությունների կարիք ունեն, պետությունը լծված է այդ աշխատանքին: Կարծում եմ, որ հանգրվանային, կամաց-կամաց իրավիճակը կբարելավվի: Հասկանում ենք, որ սա, իհարկե, երկարաժամկետ խնդիր է»,-ասաց Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը:  

Ինչ վերաբերում է բիզնեսին, ապա Ժիրայր Ռիսյանը նշեց, որ առևտրի կենտրոնները բաց են, աշխատում են սովորականի նման, ինչ վերաբերում է արտադրությանը, ապա այն շատ նախնական քայլերի փուլում է:

«Շատերն ի վիճակի չեն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել քանդված, կողոպտված գործարանները: Քչերն ունեն հնարավորություն  արտադրությունը վերականգնելու, այն էլ ոչ ամբողջ հզորությամբ: Հետևաբար կարող ենք ասել, որ արտադրողական բաժինը դեռ վերականգնված չէ»,-ասաց նա:

Խոսելով Հալեպից դուրս եկած հայերի հնարավոր վերադարձի մասին, Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը նշեց, որ որոշակի տեղաշարժ կա:

«Բնական է վիճակագրական տվյալներ չունեմ, սակայն լսում ենք անուններ, որոնք վերադառնում են: Կարող եմ ասել, որ դեպի Հալեպ վերադարձողներ կան` թե ընտանիքներ, թե անհատներ»,-ավելացրեց Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը:
