Կառավարությունը սահմանելու է շենք-շինությունների տանիքների ու արտաքին այլ տարրերի միասնական ոճ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության նիստում անդրադարձավ շենքերի և շինությունների տանիքների ու արտաքին այլ տարրերի միասնական ոճ սահմանելու խնդրին: Վարչապետը հիշեցրեց, որ սույն թվականի մարտի 23-ին ներկայացվել էր հանձնարարական՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի տանիքների կարգավորման խնդրին՝ այդ շենքերի շինությունների սեփականատերերի կողմից ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականության պահպանման պարտադի ր նորմերի դիմաց կատարված վճարների և այլ միջոցների ներգրավմամբ լուծում տալու վերաբերյալ: «Քաղաքաշինության և ճարտարապետության ոլորտում զարգացումները, ինչպես նաև զբոսաշրջության զարգացման ժամանակակից մոդելները ենթադրում են միասնական ոճ և մոտեցում` հատկապես շենքերի տանիքների մասով (ձև, նյութ, գույն և այլն), սակայն նման միասնական պահանջներ այսօր նախատեսված չեն:
Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը հանձնարարում եմ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին՝ 2-ամսյա ժամկետում բնակավայրերի ներդաշնակ ճարտարապետական տեսքն ապահովելու նպատակով, կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ՝ նոր կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան շենքերի և այլ շինությունների տանիքների ու արտաքին այլ տարրերի նկատմամբ միասնական պահանջներ սահմանելու վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին հանձնարարեց և Երևանի քաղաքապետին առաջարկեց նախատեսված պահանջները սահմանելուց հետո 1-ամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել հստակ ժամանակացույց՝ դրանց տանիքները և արտաքին այլ տարրերը պարտադիր նորմերի դիմաց կատարված վճարների հաշվին և այլ միջոցների ներգրավմամբ սահմանված պահանջներին համապատասխանեցնելու վերաբերյալ:
Վարչապետն ասաց նաև, որ տանիքների վերանորոգման աշխատանքները պետական և համայնքային բյուջեներից ֆինանսավորման դեպքերում պետք է առաջնորդվել 1-ին կետով նախատեսված պահանջներով։ «Խնդիրը պարզ է, եթե մենք այսօր այս գործընթացը սկսենք, որոշ ժամանակ անց կունենանք այլ պատկեր»,- ընդգծեց կառավարության ղեկավարը:
