Պատգամավորը Հայաստանում ստվերի դեմ պայքարում լուրջ աշխատանք է նկատում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից ստվերի դեմ պայքարի լուրջ ու հետևողական աշխատանք է նկատում: Այս մասին պատգամավորն ասաց մայիսի 25-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում: «Վերջին շրջանում տնտես ությունն աշխուժանում է, տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշն աճում է, գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում աճ ունենք: Ստվերի կրճատման առումով իրական աշխատանք ենք կատարում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Մինասյանը:
Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի` ներդրումներ ներգրավելու մասին հայտարարություններին: Նա ընդգծեց, որ թյուր կարծիք կա, թե ներդրումը միայն գումարն է, սակայն իրականում ներդրումն այն տեխնոլոգիաներն են, որոնք աշխատանք են ստեղծում և ապրանք արտադրում: Նա կարծում է, որ հարկավոր է գործարարների հրավիրել, ովքեր ներդրում կանեն ու աշխատատեղեր կապահովեն, ոչ թե ֆինանսիստ, ով կգա, փող կտա ու կգնա:
Գագիկ Մինասյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում ներդրումներ ներգրավելու առումով կան որոշակի օբյեկտիվ դժվարություններ. երկիրը չհայտարարված պատերազմի մեջ է, ունի փակ սահմաններ հարևանների հետ, շուկան փոքր է: Նրա գնահատմամբ` այս գործոնները չեն կարող ազդեցություն չունենալ ներդրումների ներգրավման վրա, սակայն վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները նկատելի կլինեն օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար:
