Սնվելով մրգերով դժվար է նիհարել

Դրանցում չկան սպիտակուցներ, որոնք ձեզ հագեցվածության զգացում կտան: Ցանկացած մրգի բաղադրության մեջ մտնում է ջուր, սախարոզ և բուսական բաղադրիչներ: Այն թեթև խառնուրդ է, հետևաբար դուք կարող եք մի ամբողջ բլուր միրգ ուտել և ավելորդ կալորիաներ ստանալ:

Մրգերը չպետք է փոխարինեն սովորական սննդին
