 Եթե ուշադիր լինենք համաշխարհային պատերազմի պատճառներին, ապա դրանց շարքում կարող ենք տեսնել բաժանված աշխարհի վերաբաժանում սկզբունքը։ Սա բնական է, երբ աշխարհակարգի ընկալումները հասնում են իրենց բարձրակետին և այլևս ռեսուրսներ չկան, ապա սկսվում է եղած ռեսուրսների նոր վերաբաժանում։

Այս օրինակը տարածական են ավելի փոքր հասարակությունների վրա։ Ստացվել է այնպես,որ Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունը բզկտված վիճակում է։Չունի համապատասխան ուժեր և ռեսուրսներ, Հայաստանում գործընթաց ձեռնարկելու համար։ Հայաստանում, այսօր ցանկացած փոփոխություն, եթե չլինի որևէ ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակ, գալու է վերևից, ասել կուզե ՝ իշխանության վերին էշելոններից։

Վերջին շրջանում, ոստիկանությունը բազմաթիվ տեղեկություններ է տարածում այն մասին, որ կանխել է մահափորձը այս կամ այն հեղինակության նկատմամբ։ Միգուցե, բացի հեղինակություններից, նման մահափորձերի կանխման այլ դեպքեր էլ են եղել, որոնք ուղղվել են իքս իշխանավորի դեմ, սակայն մենք այդ մասին տեղյակ չենք։ Ինչպես ասում են, ներքին խնդիրներն են։

Վերջին թարմ լուրն այդ մասով, հայտնի հեղինակություններ Վստրեչի Ապերի և Դոն Պիպոյի նկատմամբ կանխված մահափորձն էր։ Կարծում եմ, բոլորը կհասկանան, որ միջին վիճակագրական քաղաքացուն հասու չէ, զինված խումբ պահել, մեծ արսենալով ու մի բան էլ պատվերներ տալ։ Այսինքն, նման խումբ պահելու հնարավորություն կարող է ունենալ մեծ ռեսուրսներով օժտված մեկը կամ մի քանիսը։ Իսկ Հայաստանում, նման ռեսուրսներ ունեցողները, չեն կարող այս կամ այն կերպ կապված չլինել իշխանության հետ։

Գալու է մի ժամանակ, և այդ ժամանակը շատ մոտ է, որ հենց իշխանության և դրան սպասարկող ուժերի ներսում է սկսվելու պայքար։ Պայքար ՝ եղած ռեսուրսների վերաբաշխման համար։ Հայաստանում այլևս ազատ ռեսուրսներ չկան։ Իսկ այդ վերաբաշխման պայքարը կհանգեցնի ձևաչափական փոփոխությունների ամբողջ հայաստանյան կյանքը։
