Տնային պայմաններում սպասարկվող միայնակ տարեցներին բժշկի նշանակումով կտրամադրվեն անվճար դեղեր

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի ներկայացմամբ մայիսի 25-ին կառավարության հերթական նիստում հավանության է արժանացել Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը, համաձայն որի`
1. Տնային պայմաններում սպասարկվող այն անձանց, ովքեր չեն օգտվումօրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված՝ անվճար դեղ ստանալու իրավունքից, բժշկի նշանակումով կտրամադրվեն անվճար դեղեր,
2. «Վետերան» օթևանում բնակվող անձանց, ըստ գնահատված կարիքի, կտրամադրվեն առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրեր, ինչպես նաև բժշկինշանակումով՝ դեղեր (այն անձանց, ովքեր չեն օգտվում օրենսդրությամբնախատեսված՝ անվճար դեղ ստանալու իրավունքից:Օթևանումկսահմանվի բուժքրոջ շուրջօրյա հ երթապահություն:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ենթակայությամբ գործող «Տնային պայմաններում միայնակ տարեցների և հաշմանդամների սոցիալական սպասարկման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը տնային պայմաններում խնամքի ծառայություններ է տրամադրում Երևան քաղաքում բնակվող շուրջ 1500 տարեց ու հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց: Սպասարկվողները հիմնականում խնամքի կարիք ունեցող, միայնակ, սոցիալապես անապահով տարեց և/կ ամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք են: Սպասարկվողների ընդհանուր թվաքանակի մոտ 30%-ը հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք են և օգտվում են օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված՝ անվճար դեղ ստանալու իրենց իրավունքից, իսկ սպասարկվողների մնացած մասը՝ ավելի քան 1000 մարդ, չունի այդ իրավունքը, և փոփոխությամբ նրանց ևս տրվում է այդ իրավունքը:
«Վետերան» օթևանում բնակվում են Երևանում բնակարան չունեցող, պետության ու հասարակության առջև մեծ վաստակ ունեցող տարեց անձինք: Օթևան ընդունված անձինք ապահովվում են կացարանով, ըստ անհրաժեշտության՝ առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրերով (օթևան ընդունվելիս լինում են այնպիսի անձինք, որոնք իրենց հետ ոչինչ չեն ունենում), նրանց մատուցվում են առաջին բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայություններ, այդ թվում՝ անվճար դեղ տրամադրելը (բժշկի նշանակումով): Օթևանում մշտապես գործել է բուժքրոջ շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն, սակայն կա անհրաժեշտություն հստ ակեցնել նշված գործընթացները, և այդ խնդիրներն ամրագրելով համապատասխան իրավական ակտում՝ դրանց տալ իրավական կարգավորում:
