Ամենալավը փոխանցել ապագային. Ղազախստանի դեսպանը հանդիպեց գիտության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ

Հայաստանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի լեզվի, գրականության և էկոնոմիկայի ինստիտուտների աշխատակիցները հանդիպում ունեցան ՀՀ-ում Ղազախստանի դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաևի հետ: Դեսպանը պրոֆեսորա-դասախոսական կազմին ավելի մանրամասն ներկայացրեց Ղազախստանի անցած ուղին, համագործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներում Հայաստանի եւ Ղազախստանի գրանցած հաջողությունները, ընդհանուր պատկերացումները հատկապես գիտության ոլորտում հետագա համագործակցության վերաբերյալ:
«Ես հատուկ վերաբերմունք ունեմ գիտական ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալող, ստեղծագործ մարդկանց նկատմամբ, քանի որ ես հենց հումանիտար ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչ եմ, մասնագիտությամբ լեզվաբան եմ, ինչը շատ օգտակար է եղել իմ հետագա դիվանագիտական գործունեության մեջ: Ժամանակ կար, որ Հայաստանը եւ Ղազախստանը մաս էին կազմում մի ամբողջ Միության, եւ մենք պահպանել ենք շատ ջերմ հիշողություններ այն ժամանակահատվածի մասին, երբ մեր եղբայրական երկրների միջեւ նույնիսկ չհասկացվածության մասին խոսք չկար, մի երկրից մյուսն էինք գնում, միմյանց հյուր այցելում պարզապես որպես սեփական երկրի մի մաս: Չնայած նրան, որ կային դժվարություններ եւ խնդիրներ խորհրդային պատմության մեջ ե՛ւ հայերի, ե՛ւ ղազախների համար, այնուամենայնիվ մենք պետք է միայն ամենալավը, միայն դրականը վերցնենք եւ փոխանցենք ապագային, պետք է անցյալից հետեւություններ անենք»,- ասաց նա:
Դեսպանը նշեց, որ Ղազախստանում հիմա մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում պետության, հասարակության կյանքի արդիականացմանը՝ ուղղված Ղազախստանն ավելի մրցունակ երկիր դարձնելուն:
«Այդ կապակցությամբ արդիականացմանն ուղղված բավականին մեծ ծրագիր ենք իրականացնում: Սա արդեն Ղազախստանում իրականացվող արդիականացման 3-րդ փուլն է: Ղազախստանը պետք է ավելի ժամանակակից, դինամիկ երկիր դարձնենք: Արդիականացման 2-րդ փուլում մենք կառուցեցինք մեր մայրաքաղաքը՝ Աստանան, որը բավականին դինամիկ զարգացող քաղաք է: Եվ ոչ միայն գեղեցիկ քաղաք է հարուստ ճարտարապետությամբ, այլև, ամենակարեւորը, այն նոր աշխատատեղերի, նոր ոգու քաղաք է, որտեղ մարդիկ իրենց էներգիայով աշխատում են ժամանակակից Ղազախստանի զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Արդիականացմ ան արդեն այս փուլում մենք ստեղծում ենք այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ, որպեսզի կարողանանք դիմակայել ժամանակի հետ եկող բոլոր ճգնաժամերին՝ ֆինանսական, հումանիտար, տնտեսական, եւ դրա համար ստեղծել ենք բավականին լավ պայմաններ»,-ասաց դեսպանը:
