ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական  հարցերի նախարարի  ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի ներկայացմամբ  ՀՀ կառավարության  մայիսի 25-ի նիստում ընդունվել է պրոթեզաօրթոպեդիկ  և վերականգնողական պարագաների տրամադրման ծառայությունների անհետաձգելի գնմանը վերաբերող որոշումը:  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Որոշման ընդունմամբ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը, մինչև դատարանի որոշման օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելը, հնարավորություն կունենա օր առաջ  ձեռք բերել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար նախատեսված  լսողական սարքերի, պրոթեզաօրթոպեդիկ պարագաների տրամադրման և տեղադրման անհրաժեշտ չափաքանակի ծառայություններ:

2017թ.  հունվար ամսից վերը նշված  ծայությունները տրամադրելու նպատակով ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը դեռևս 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսին, «Գնումների մասին» օրենքի համաձայն,  կազմակերպել էր պրոթեզաօրթոպեդիկ պարագաների տրամադրման և տեղադրման ծառայությունների, հաշմանդամների սայլակների և լսողական սարքերի գնման ընթացակարգեր 121 չափաբաժնով: Դրանցից 71 չափաբաժինների մասով նախարարության և համապատասխան կազմակերպությունների միջև պայմանագրեր կնքվել են, որոնց շրջանանկներում այսօր մատուցվում են ծառայություններ, մնացած 50 չափաբաժնի մասով գնահատման արդյունքները, մինչև անգործության ժամկետ սահմանելը, բողոքարկվել են մրցույթին մասնակցած կազմակերպությունների կողմից, և ներկայումս դատարանի որոշմամբ   պայմանագրերի կնքումն արգելված է:
