Ինչ ձգտումով է Կարապետյանը մեկնում Ռուսաստան

1in.am / Կարեն Կարապետյանը այսօր կմեկնի Ռուսաստան, որտեղ Կազանում կմասնակցի ԵՏՄ վարչապետների հավաքին: ԵՏՄ վարչապետների հավաքները սովորաբար ոչնչով աչքի չընկնող և ըստ ամենայնի ոչինչ էլ չորոշող միջոցառում են, քանի որ ակնհայտ է, որ ԵՏՄ-ն այսպես ասած բացառապես նախագահական կամ Առաջին դեմքերի ակումբ է, և այստեղ եթե էական բան որոշվում է, ապա գերազանցապես նախագահների մակարդակում: Կարեն Կարապետյանի՝ Ռուսաստան այցի առումով առավել հետաքրքրականն այն է, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ կուլիսներում, արդեն Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կամ ներիշխանական կյանքին առնչվող: Իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ արդյո՞ք Կարեն Կարապետյանը կփորձի ռուսաստանյան այցի ընթացքում ճշգրտել իր այսպես ասած հեռանկարներն ու հնարավորությունները Հայաստանի ներիշխանական դիմակայությունում, 2018-ին ընդառաջ նոր ստատուս-քվոյի համար պայքարում: Առնվազն այնքանով, որքանով այդ հարցում իհարկե կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Ռուսաստանը:
Իհարկե այս առումով կասկածից վեր է, որ Կարապետյանի ռուսաստանյան այցը մեղմ ասած չի հավակնելու որևէ վերջնական պատասխան տալուն: Ռուսաստանն ինքն այսօր չունի երևի թե շատ հարցերի պատասխաններ: Խնդիրը սակայն այն է, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հայաստանյան գործունեությունը այսպես ասած վճռական փուլ մտավ Մոսկվա կատարած այցից հետո՝ ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարին: Դա իհարկե պաշտոնական այց էր, դրանից բխող արարողակարգային ճոխությամբ: Միաժամանակ հենց այդ այցի ընթացքում էլ եղավ ռուսաստանցի գործարարների հայտնի հայտարարությունը, որից երկու ամիս անց նախընտրական շրջանում հայտարարվեց նաև Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբի ստեղծման մասին: Սակայն Մոսկվայի այդ այցից թևերը բացած և թռիչքի պատրաստվող, առնվազն թռիչքուղի դուրս եկած Կարեն Կարապետյանը ներկայումս հայտնվել է մի իրավիճակում, երբ ակնհայտ է, որ նրա արագությունը մեղմ ասած բավարար չէ օդ բարձրանալու, այլ կերպ ասած վարչապետի պաշտոնում մնալու և առավել ևս իշխանության մեջ առաջին դերակատար դառնալու համար:
