ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահին

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մայիսի 25-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի վեց խոշոր խմբակցությունները ներկայացնող՝ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի մի շարք անդամներից բաղկացած պատվիրակությունը՝ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Դեյվիդ Մաքալիսթերի գլխավորությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախար արության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով.
«Զրուցակիցներն արժևորեցին Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության ներկայիս մակարդակը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ 2017թ. մարտին Երևանում նախաստորագրված և նոյեմբերին Արևելյան գործընկերության գագաթաժողովին ստորագրման նախատեսվող Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների իրավական դաշտը կարգավորող Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը որակական նոր հարթություն կտեղափոխի երկկողմ հարաբերությունները:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը բարձր գնահատեց մայիսի 23-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության խորհրդի 17-րդ նիստի արդյունքները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ կատարվեց 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը շեշտեց, որ ընտրություններն աննախադեպ էին տարբեր երկրներից ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններից, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ-ից գործուղված բազմաթիվ դիտորդների ներգրավվածության առումով, ովքեր փաստեցին, որ ընտրությունները լավ էին կազմակերպված, հարգվել են հիմնարար ազատությունները, և դրանց արդյունքներն արտացոլում են ժողովրդի կամքը: Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը երախտագիտությ ուն հայտնեց Եվրոպական միությանը՝ ընտրական գործընթացի թափանցիկությունն ապահովելու նպատակով ֆինանսական ու տեխնիկական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը գոհունակությամբ ընդգծեց Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի և Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի միջև հաստատված համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային հրատապ հարցերի:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հանգամանալից ներկայացրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի առաջ մղմանն ուղղված Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերը և կարևորեց միջորդների գործունեությանը սատարելու Եվրոպական միության սկզբունքային դիրքորոշմանը»։
