Արցախում էկոգյուղ հիմնելու ներդրումները կկազմեն 20 մլն դոլար

Արցախի Ասկերանի շրջանում կստեղծվի զբոսաշրջության, էկոգյուղատնտեսության զարգացման և կրթական համալիր, որը տարածաշրջանի համար կբացի տնտեսական զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններ: Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» հիմնադրամից, Արցախի կառավարությունն ո ւ IDeA հիմնադրամը հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Ստեփանակերտում ազդարարել են Արցախում էկոգյուղի հիմնման ծրագրի մեկնարկը:

Համալիրն ընդգրկելու է համապատասխան ուսումնական կենտրոններ, զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքներ, մոդելային էկոֆերմա, էկոարտադրության կազմակերպման հնարավորություններ: Զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների լայն համակարգի ստեղծման շնորհիվ՝ այն գրավիչ վայր կդառնա զբոսաշրջիկների համար:

IDeA հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ծրագրի մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ շնորհավորել է ներկաներին՝ նշելով, որ այս ծրագիրը քննարկումների երկար փուլ է անցել, եւ արդեն հստակ պատկերացումներ կան ծրագրի ծավալների ու գաղափարի մասին: «Կարեւոր էր, որ այն  չդառնա  զուտ արտասահմանյան նախագիծ, այլ իսկապես ընդգրկված լինի արցախյան  էկոհամակարգում, լինի Արցախի ընդհանուր նախագիծը: Հիմքում այն  գաղափարն է, թե  ինչպես, պահպանելով անցյալը, մեր  յուրահատկությունը՝  առաջ նայենք, եւ  ոչ  միայն տնտեսական, այլեւ  կրթական զարգացում կարողանանք  ապահովել: Այդ հավասարակշռությունը դժվար էր գտնել: Մենք հասկացանք, որ պետք է օրինակով ցույց տալ այդ ամենը: Շնորհակալ եմ շվեյցարացի մեր գործընկերներին, ովքեր ընկալեցին այդ ամենակարեւոր  խնդիրը»,- ընդգծել է նա:

Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանն իր ելույթում կարեւորել է  ծրագրի նշանակությունը հանրապետության եւ նրա տնտեսության համար: «Էկոզբոսաշրջության զարգացման յուրահատկությունն այն է, որ այն ուղղակի եւ անուղղակի կերպով առնչվում է տարբեր ոլորտների հետ: Դա  բնության ու պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանումն է, ենթակառուցվածքների եւ հյուրանոցների ցանցի արդիականացումն ու ընդլայնումը, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, տեղական արտադրության խթանումը, ծառայությունների ոլորտին նոր որակ հաղորդել ը, տարբեր երկրների հետ կապերի զարգացումն ու խորացումը, Արցախն արտաքին աշխարհին ճանաչելի դարձնելը եւ այլն: Բնական է, որ ծրագրի իրականացումն իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենա մեր երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման վրա»,- նշել է նա:

Բակո Սահակյանը նաեւ երախագիտություն է հայտնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին՝ ընդգծելով, որ նրա մասնակցությունն այս ծրագրին լուրջ նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում այն հաջողությամբ իրականացնելու համար:  Նախնական գնահատականներով՝ նախագծի իրականացման համար կներդվի շուրջ 20 մլն դոլար: Աշխատանքները կմեկնարկեն այս տարվա ընթացքում:

Ծրագիրը ներկայացրել են խորհրդատու կազմակերպությունների՝ շվեյցարական «Gutundgut» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներ Ռաֆայել Էնզլերն ու Քրիստիան Մյուլլերը եւ բրիտանական «Tim Flynn Architects» ընկերության ղեկավար Թիմ Ֆլինը: Շնորհանդեսին ներկա էին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, վարչապետ Արա Հարությունյանը,  IDeA հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, IDeA-ի ղեկավար Էդգար Մանուկյանը, բազմաթիվ հյուրեր:
